    Its a shame that people have got to you olm but although I do not post often i am an avid reader of this board and i must say that i have always enjoyed your thoughts and insight on our beloved Hull City so keep the posts going cheers Alan.

    I for one left HDM as I was pi**ed off with one or two people dominating the contents of postings. Since joining this board, I have been impressed and enjoyed the way OLM has moderated matters on this board, under sometimes difficult circumstances. I can also understand his reasons, but hope you he will have second thoughts, as for the main part I think the posters are only interested in trading opinions with fellow minded tiger fans. Anyhow whatever OLM final decision, even though I have been posting for a reasonable short space of time, thanks for your his efforts, as he has in my opinion done a very good job.

    tbf to PT, me and him do disagree on a lot of things Hull City, but unlike most he actually has something to back him up and his posts are worth reading. Most just have an opinion with nothing to back it up.

    I moderated on part of the site for a while when we first came over last January so I don't know how the likes of DMD and OLM put up with some of it, i think we will need a WMD to go with DMD if you ask me (thanks LoyalTigerBrian)!

    Some quieter boards have three mods, so I'd guess that Syd would consider two additional candidates if it's what the board wants.

    The call for a female mod could be a good one.

    I might ride back on my white Li125 with St George leg shields, but in all honesty, I probably won't.

    I took my duties as moderator fairly seriously, so I read every single post on this board, but it's got to the stage where I'd rather I wasn't constrained by my role as moderator and I'd rather not be associated with a board that had moderators with a mental age in single figures.

    Life goes on, it's no biggie.

    I don't post much but I wanted to thank OLM for all the work he's done, given all the crap he's had to put up with as moderator. I think this board will be hard-pressed to find a replacement as good as he's been. Enjoy your semi-retirement, old cheese! <applause> <cheers>

    I've moderated and been an admin on another forum and it's a real pain in the arse dealing with some of the mentally challenged posters and idiots....

    Still,there was that time I changed one guy's forum name to "hairy minge"....

    I don't post on here all that often as you can see from my post count, but the reason I started to read this board is because of how it was run. I know I posted a negative thread about the Leicester crap that was going on but I think OLM and DMD handled it all well. Sorry your going OLM but hope you sleep on it and change your mind!!

    DMD, no need for a full change of mods, you're doing a great job mate!!
