As a well supported club and at least decent amount of posters on here I posed a question to my own fans to do the BBC predictor for around the next 9 games leaving the last 10 out and to do it honestly and to see where you are left in the final run in. I would be interested in seeing your guys top 6 or 10. If you can be bothered please post here! Are you expectant or downbeat? Let your table decide!
I was very downbeat about our promotion prospects after the Barnsley game. I'm back to feeling quietly optomistic again.
I think Leicester will do just fine you will make the playoffs at the minimum as long as you keep playing the way you did against us.
please log in to view this image I think West Ham will open up a little gap at the top and it'll be between Brum, Cardiff, Leicester, Reading and Hull for the playoffs. With Burnley and Leeds with an outside chance. I think Saints and West Ham will be promoted by mid April, but we'll have two huge games against West Ham at home and Leeds away to finish.
True, but surely their squad is good enough?! I think there are 3 worse teams in this league than Forest. (Although I hope i'm wrong)
Won't go through the whole predictor thing but if you're asking me to predict a top six, then I'd go for: 1. West Ham 2. Southampton ------------------------------- 3. Cardiff 4. Birmingham 5. Reading 6. Hull With us to be about 9th or 10th after putting up a reasonable challenge but then falling away (and then marching on to win the league next year of course )
I think top 6 id out for us, unless we can go on a Southampton size run for the last half of the season. Ive just put Leicesters results in for the rest of the season and i think we'll finish on 74 points, and thats optimistic.
West Ham Southampton Reading Cardiff Birmingham Middlesborough ----------------- Hull Leeds Blackpool Leicester Ive got us 5 points off the play offs!!!! Bottom 3 Bristol City Doncaster Coventry
Have us at 9th, 2 points off the playoffs 1 West Ham 72 2 Saints 64 3 Cardiff 64 4 Brum 62 5 Middlesboro 61 6 Dirty Leeds 57 7 Dull 57 8 Blackpool 56 Then, in order and all on 55 points Leicester, Reading and Brighton Cardiff and Dull both having a game in hand One things for sure is that it will be as tight as ever. Sorry to say I dont have the trees in the bottom 3 either - Donny 22nd, sky blue scum 23rd and the tractor boys 24th
Boro (H) Brighton (A) Cardiff (H) Birmingham (H) Reading (A) Hull (H) Burnley (H) West Ham (H) Leeds (A) Of the challenging teams we play 6 home games and 3 away…there’s always that team that makes a late push – could that be us? Id love to think so
Hull City v Leicester City in the play off final as I have been saying for the last 2 months ... It is written in the stars...
