Not sure myself but he could be one we are looking at? http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11682/7452417/Hugo-prepares-for-Wigan-exit
I rate him. His goalscoring record isn't the best but I'd certainly have him in the team over Campbell, Bothroyd or Macheda. You can never have too many good players and we have very few.
The oracle has spoken, and from the innermost recesses of his wisdom has carefully selected two of his finest words and flung them to you; guard them with your life.
Really dont think he is better than what we have. Still think that DJ is worth a run in the side. Also have the option of playing Adel behind HH. He proved last year that he knows where the net is. Think that MH has nearly always deploys a 4-4-2 formation. Adel is obviously our most gifted player and can't see him fitting into a hard working midfield four unit. Fo me that leaves HH upfront and either DJ or Adel playing off him. Think that i would also like to see Mackie playing the odd game up front instead of HH (to rest HH) as the target man. Reasonably big and strong and could run the socks of the two opposition CBs.
Rodallega making noises that he want's out, just the type of guy you'd want in the trenches with you...
Problem is sooper that you could say exactly the same for Samba, and i would love to have him in our trench. Only prob is that i would hate to be the one digging that trench, you could hit China.
The difference with Samba is he signed his current contract on the promise of new players to strengthen the team, they haven't delivered and he now wants to play for the man who made his name...
QPR eye £4m Rodallega swoop QPR manager Mark Hughes is ready to launch a £4million bid for Wigan’s contract-rebel striker Hugo Rodallega. Hughes hopes to lure the Colombian hitman, who is a free agent this summer, to London. But he faces competition from Championship leaders West Ham, who feel the 26-year-old can fire them into the Premier League. The Latics want to keep the forward to boost their Premier League survival fight after Bristol City’s Nicky Maynard, 25, turned them down, but club owner Dave Whelan could still cash in.
A soon-to-be out of contract intl striker playing for a club destined for the drop? Worth a cheeky bid. They need the cash to rebuild next season.
