    <applause>....Good lad that's great news.

    Take a bit of advice from an old campaigner with 4 kids.......it's usual for women to become a little bit anemic after childbirth and subsequently should increase their iron intake to balance things out. After a tip from our very excellent doctor when our first was born I went out and bought a crate of Guinness and some bottles of Mackeson stout.

    It worked a treat, my missus hated both so I supped the lot.

    actually i need TWO Dembas.

    my bro was given a fish tank with 3 fish in by his GF the other week and one of them is totally black. so the lads have nicknamed it Demba Ba. He's black, he's white, he's in the fishtank, demba ba.

    now we need to buy him another black fish.

    They're thirty five quid! Being a cheapskate (and in fairness under orders that a girl doesn't need a football kit...) I bought last seasons for a fiver in Sports Direct. UKs number one, dododododo!
