Ben Arfa will win this game single handed if he plays. Think Obertan deserves a game, as does Vuckic but we need a strong team out.

just seen the odds - we are generally evens. Also, this game is televised and there is no way they would be showing this if they thought it would just be a routine away victory (admittedly they were probably hoping for wrexham when choosing their matches). Also Poyet will have them fired up, and we have bad memories of him - most notably the fa cup semi final at wembley.

Could Benny play from the start on Saturday, and also Wednesday night? That would be my worry.

He's a fit athlete who gets paid £50k + a week. If he can't play two games in 5 days then he is on crack lol.

"I'll have to kill that Poyet one day, he's the bane of my life! He did it last season when he knocked us out of the FA Cup in the semi-final, he scored with a header when we lost 1-0 at St James' Park and he's done it again tonight. I'll have to remember not to speak Spanish to him."

We can afford to rest Cabaye. The same can't be said of Colo unfortunately. I think the more match time the better for Ben Arfa, I think this is his sort of game.

Well fine but I think Colo deserves a rest.

Against Fulham he looked totally off the pace.

We cannot leave key players on the bench.

Get the job done and then think about taking them off.

Exactly this. Although, I think we can leave Cabaye out. Him and Guthrie are very similar anyway, so we shouldn't lose too much creativity if he doesn't play.

He can have a rest when we sign a defender next week ;) that should take some pressure off him!

That can happen at anytime to any player. It just happens lol. He would be really unlucky if he did the same thing again.
