Recently floated shares for the new Ghanaian oil field successfully, and has made significant discoveries in Uganda and Liberia Interests in Africa, Europe, South Asia and S. America - every continent except N. America, and Ellis Short already has those. To go beyond mid-table, we'll have to go beyond mid-table wages. That's the bottom line, so sponsors like Tullow is good news.
