    He studied at Reading, so his intentions 'might' be honourable! Glad we've taken 6 points off them before the inevitable spending spree!

    I don't understand why people like this guy/Leicester owners don't buy Everton. They're a great Premier League club who've been trying to sell for years.

    Probably because Evertons value will be considerably higher and it's a lot more financially viable to buy a championship club and take them up - so long as it doesn't take too long to do. Also a huge potential profit from taking a championship club and selling in the premiership league, specially if you establish them as a comfortable top flight club.

    However I can't understand why this billionaires take over 'town' clubs such as Reading, Doncaster or Wigan as examples. Surely 'city' clubs are a much better prospect when you take potential fan bases and appeal to future 'big name' players into consideration.
