In case you haven't seen Papiss Cisse's cameo for Senegal the other night, check this out!

The lad comes on 17.45 minutes in......you only need to keep watching for exactly a minute to see what we (hopefully) have in store with him and Ba.

Well impressed. (cant believe Ba missed, but I can ignore that)

That first touch to beat the two defenders is just genius.

He's not **** mate, he probably just had no motivation, Senegal were **** and their passing, apart from Niang, was crap. Their strikers were getting no service.

Senegal were awful this match, so i wouldnt judge any of them from it.

That little rugby style chip and run was amazing, probably came as a bit of a shock to Demba and a bit too much power on it.

I actually thought Sow played better than Ba who barely had a touch in the game. Sow is a lot quicker and better on the ball than I had expected.

He's not amazing either, scored a load at Lille but that was heavily due to the fantastic service he was receiving - Hazard, Gervinho, Dreamboat.

Explains why he's making the baffling move to the Turkish League. Couldn't believe it but he's going to Fenerbache. Money grabbing ****.

Fenerbache are better than some *cough*Eto'o*Anzhi*cough*. At least Fenerbache have history and play in the Champions League.

I was actually more surprised when Balazs Dzsudzsak who was seen as one of the up and coming footballers in Europe went there, or Mbark Boussoufa whos also young and talented.

Just hearing now that Xherdan Shaqiri might be moving to Galatasaray as well - it's sad in a way, but will definitely improve the quality of those leagues.

Krasic I going to Fenerbahce from Juve too isn't he?

I was gutted when Youssef El-Arabi went from Caen to Al-hilal in summer as well.

Dzsudzsak surprised me too, same with Shaqiri if he moves. Surprised teams from the top leagues didn't go for them. Would have though Tottenham or Arsenal would be interested in Sow.

Yeah, perhaps. Although don't doubt the quality of a league that employed Darius Vassell and Matt Derbyshire. <whistle>

In all seriousness, Turkey has some very good sides, Fenerbache and Galatasary being the highlights. They're a similar standard to the top Belgian and Swiss sides - not top class, but European material.

Was a horrible match to watch, neither team seemed capable of passing the ball very well.

Was listening to a Football podcast 'Football Weekly with James Richardson' it's from the Guardian and free on Itunes, Anyways they were talking about the signing of Cisse and spoke to a German Journalist and he reckons he'll fit into the EPL very well. The game is suited to him and he is a very direct player, nothing fancy. Ba is more technical than Cisse but he is a very good signing.

    Worth a listen
