I fancy Sess to cause havoc against Colocinni and Williamson (if that's who plays) but then I can see Ben Arfa destroying Richardson too, should be a cracking game whatever happens.
Sess has certainly improved under O'neill, and I was wrong to say Ben Arfa is streets ahead, but I still reckon Hatem is better. This will be our line up assuming everyone is fit ------Ba---------Cisse------ Jonas--Tiote---Cabaye---Hatem Santon--Colo----Willo----Simpson -------------Krul---------------- Should be another interesting battle between Cabaye/Tiote vs Cattermole.
You can note it all you like. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, and if anyone is incorrect, there's no shame in it whatsoever. We're adults, not 12 year olds.
I think Tiote vs (new) Catts will be fascinating. None of us have ever denied Tiote's quality (to my knowledge), but Catts is as good as a top class new signing under MON. This is an area we have been well beaten 3 derbies in a row, here's you moment Catts...
How so? Some people are right sometimes, some people are wrong sometimes, but being wrong isn't shameful. When we share our opinions we open ourselves up to potentially being found incorrect. No big deal. If I was oh so worried about someone going "YOU WERE WRONG" I wouldn't have gave my opinion full stop. And, as you know, I bloody love giving my opinion.
Loads of mags were saying Larssen and Gardner were only "good squad players" when we bought them. All I will say is that there will be some serious mag sphincter-tightening if/when they get the ball on the edge of the box, for those "squaddies" have shown a tad more quality than they were given credit for, methinks...
Still think he will be TBF. As MO'N says, we're in England not Saudi Arabia and the NE to Brum is only a few hours away. In other words, grow up sunshine, you're a professional footballer FFS!
Aye it's a strange one like. He apparently jumped straight in his car after the game on sat and drove to brum like
Same way Cabaye was an unproven, injury prone Frenchman who wouldn't be able to make the step to PL football and Ba was a crock that would be out for the season after the first hard challenge...
Perhaps they will, but my point was, a lot of Sunderland fans were very quick to dismiss all of our signings too, and look how they turned out.
It will be closer than last time but I'm hopeful of a win. Whilst not making a prediction.... i'll put 5 quid on 3-1 and 5 quid on 6-0, both to the Toon (yes the last one was a joke)
