Looking at our defeats this season we have conceded 3 or more goals in EVERY single defeat.

This stat is an actual fact (at time of posting) and this suggests to me that when Krul concedes his confidence drops incredibly. I think hes still not the finished product and this stat concerns me.

now today and past games makes it fairly obvious that Shola is a complete liability and should never be playing. Having him on means the rest have to put 10% extra in to cover his complete ****ness. It must be so annoying for anyone playing with him.

Anyone who defends him is a complete fool. Its not just one or two games hes bad its every game bar one or two each week.

15 appearances and 1 goal this season........... thats complete trash.

But today the first half was arguably our best half of football this season. I thought we where in complete control. I just dont know what happened.

The first pen was outside the box but only just but to be honest it was touch and go and in real time it looked in the box. And tbf Santon should have had a second yellow.

We got hammered and its alarming that we have conceded so many goals in one half of football. POINT FOR REFERENCE they had no shots on target in the first half..... NONE and one off.

Think it's just a coincidence about our losses.

Cant say today was Kruls fault? What could he do? Save a couple of penalties....??

Defending was far too high up the pitch. Shockingly naive.

Krul should have done the decent thing when the fifth went in and just ran across the pitch and delivered the 'Bosnich/Klinsmann maneuver' to Shola.

He would have recieved a standing ovation from all areas of the stands I reckon

Well to be fair, our losses against WBA and Norwich were when we had our ****ty injuries, but today, it was bad refereeing and bad tactics that ****ed us.

i think conceding 3 in every loss shows more how we score alot of goals and push to win in everygame, because were not loosing 1-0, whats with the krul hate?

Its like two steps forward and one step back atm. But thats progress I guess.

When I see Sholas name on the teamsheet I get down. I know hes probably a good lad and stuff but its still obvious that hes not good enough and it makes me very irate. I would love to see how much ground he covers in a game compared to others.

I'm so pissed off. If Liverpool lose I'll find a way of accepting it though.

How did we lose? How? We were brilliant in the first half.

Ive seen a few people dissing Krul since the loss at Fulham.. its just stupid, hes been an absolute revelation for us this season, our best keeper and will be for a while. If he concedes a few goals that does not make him a poor keeper or anything. Its more the defence and tactics than the keeper.

I think Krul could have possibly done a little better overall but it most certainly wasn't his fault because most of the goals shouldn't have even been allowed anywhere near him.

Poor defensive tactics and basic defensive errors from ALL of the back four cost us dearly, not to mention the fact that Dempsey is a fantastic finisher and two of them were pens.

Krul is not the finished article yet but hes just getting better and better as hes getting older, streets ahead of Harper already IMO.

Just goes to show why stats are a crock of ****e. Coincidence. Nobody could have predicted such a bizarre sequence of events on Saturday and Krul like many others 2nd half just had an off day. Will be world class in time and as a young keeper just needs backed to the hilt. Like Man City with Hart you have to push through the bad games/periods when they are this age.

Apart from giving the penalty away I don't think Krul had a bad game really. The defending in front of him was horrendous, and that was the main problem.

Harsh to place the blame on Krul as the second half was a collective disaster from back to front.

It was quite easily the worst 45 minutes I’ve seen us play in a long time but lessons will hopefully be learnt and the squad can put this behind them and play to the standards we know they can reach.
