    The criticism is more than warranted mate. This isn't a player who has a bad spell for say - six months or so. This is twelve long years we are talking about here. There is no defending him in any shape or form.

    We're on about someone who has 250 league appearances and only 49 league goals in 12 years, as a striker! His one role is to score goals, which he just doesn't do! It's more than justified.

    To be fair to Lovo at least he would break a sweat and have a go. I would have him ahead of Shola all day long.

    Did Shola not get an assist yesterday? Pretty sure he passed to Ben Arfa on our second goal. Give him a new contract for that I say..... ;)
