Aswan: No, Norway. Most of the more balanced posters have had a dig at the players and even the Manager when warranted. I can't think of any regular posters on here who are not prepared to criticise when the need arises. But unfortunately you just can't help yourself from letting your disappointment at not getting a result get the better of you and that's why you post this tripe. Next time, calm down, let a day or so pass by and then see how you feel before posting negative threads that are completely unjustified. Oh, and learn how to spell 'believe'.
If other posters dont agree thats fine by me, if you think Sunderland were miles better then thats fine by me too, they wernt though! There are many who think your not allowed to say anything bad about the team on this forum but if i feel the need to say something i will. Waiting a few days doesnt make the truth any easier and the fact is that we are total opposite away from home and it may harm our chances at come the end of the season, it is the missing piece of the puzzle for Brenden so forgive my frustrations as to why we are chalk and cheese when compared to home and away. It is the swans way to never do things easy,we all know this! (as i stated days before the sunderland game) still makes it difficult to take in though
Still though, a doctor assessing a really ill patient doesn't say "well the outlook is well, pretty **** at the moment. You haven't helped yourself, and your diet is appalling, you're doing everything wrong at the moment and if you keep going you're not going to be around much longer. Now that I've 'constructively criticised' you, here's some advice"... does he? As is obvious, everybody is entitled to their own opinions, but you don't help yourself some times!
Scotswan- i think you will find that any Doctor speaking to a seriously ill patient gives it to him straight, and i speak from experience on this matter! they never give you the bullshit side of things, its counter productive.
Scott: Of course the Mackems weren't better than us, far from it. But if you know football then you'll know that you sometimes don't get the result you deserve. But to post a thread saying it was a "poor performance" and that we're "believing the 'hype" is not the "truth" at all - it's just plain wrong.
I can appreciate that, but where I guess my analogy falls down is that this isn't a matter of life or death! We all know our clubs failings, and we all like discussing how we can become better, but sometimes it's not nice to hear one of your own fans slating your team! It's bad enough when a fan of another team does it, and it's nothing we don't already know!
!it isnt a matter of life and death!! its football, and sometimes peoples views differ, i know thats a cardinal sin on here but thats the way it is im afraid, different people see different things at different times and none of it actually means that much in the grand scheme of life If we all agreed on the the same things then life would be boring Knackered-Wrong? not reallly ,nothing wrong with saying it how you see it, if you dont like the posts you dont have to comment on them, simples
Oh come now, I thought it was "all about debate"? And no, I don't like your posts. Seems I'm not alone in that either, but it's just an opinion, right?
Just watched Man City beating Spurs 3-2. Spurs deserved at least a point and almost certainly deserved more. Balotelli won a pen in the 94th minute and scored it. He should have already had a red after coming on. Spurs very hard done by. Norway: THAT'S FOOTBALL.
some of you seem to judge your team on a match by match basis, dai amongst others was a few weeks ago preaching that without spending £15m you would be doomed to relegation. he also claimed wigan and norwich would be spending £15m or so each, needless to say, i think he's hoped we've all forgotten about that
Swampy: I think Dai was on his own on that one. Not even his greatest supporters (one of whom is Norway) agreed with that one to be fair. But they have similarities and posting threads that unfairly criticise the team or certain individuals is one of them. Most of us don't mind having a pop if necessary but this thread is very unnecessary imo. It's embarrassing.
i don't think we played poorly, quite the opposite in fact, i thought we was controlling the game and looked the only team likely to score until the scored, after that we continued to control the game, but could'nt break them down. we was just unlucky.
Great article Norway. Don't stop! . Point - counter-point is far more interesting to read and participate in.
YJ: You are joking, right? Posting unfair and completely unjustified criticism of our team just for the sake of causing a stir is not on in my book. I'm sure Norway believes every word of this nonsense. I'm delighted to see most posters have given him short shrift.
A significant error is to mistake 'possession' for domination. Barca have possession and dominate, Swansea had possession but Sunderland dominated (despite having a poor game).
Recent performances away at Villa, home to Arsenal and away at Sunderland have been pretty much identical and certainly not chalk and cheese when it comes to playing home and away. The only difference is that Sunderland had their nine lives and get-out-of-jail-free cards all in one match. Yesterday, it was just not to be. IMO. Sunderpitt: Sunderland dominated? Are you having a laugh?
Yankee- you Are the only person who has it worked out ! 40 comments later on a boring sunday afternoon...
