    Sorry for no sauce, im at work so cant look for it right now, but i think it was one of the OptaStats or NUFC_Stats on twitter than posted it.

    Of course you're right in in saying it doesnt take into account how often he has the ball and his % of successful passes, but its still rather alarming given how neat and tidy he was for the entire season last term.

    Is it because last years midfield were pretty much static, as they had the energy of 35 year olds, that made his passing options easier compared to this years more energetic and pacey midfield? Or is it all down to the injury and not getting a good run of games with a set midfield partner?

    Personally i'd say the latter.

    He looked fantastic against Man Utd as everyone said, so i'll forgive the absolute HORRIBLE performance against West Brom. Hopefully he'll have a good run with Cabaye for the ending of the season though. He's been unlucky this term by his standards.
