i think we all knew it was going to go tits up for birmingham.

saying that though. clubs transfer money doesnt come from owners that often. mediocre clubs such as birmingham rely heavily on income from the club itself

You never know Birmingham may be the new Man City. Wasn't Man City's former owner up for charges and ended up having to sell.

Chris never seems to catch a break where owners are concerned does he? From bad to worse!

Wonder if the EPL might investigate Yeung's ownership of Brum now. After all it has long been known that buying a football club is one of the primary and easiest ways of laundering money. Entirely possible that the money he paid in wasn't even his and he is just the public face of an illegal investment.

Hope the Brum fans don't suffer too much from this as well, no fan deserves to see their club suffer from owners like this!

Thanks... I bet you lot were loving it this time last year when administration was rearing its ugly head... respect amoungst fans seems to have got lost along the way... :(

Back on topic... I don'tthink this will affect the club. Birminghams chairman said it wouldn't and i'm sure he is more privvy to whats going on then most.. that aside I hope this gets sorted asap as I don't think a fan of any club should have their enjoyment of football ruined by dickhead owners

Just saw something on SSN actually which takes a great deal of the worry away from Brum. Yeung only owns 29% of the shares in the club so is counted as the major shareholder and not the owner so any impact on the club will be greatly reduced. So good news for them, although i'm sure they already new this.

As for the other it was only banter, I wouldn't really wish that on your club ... even if I will suggest as much from time to time. We all say things we don't really mean occasionally. :)

Another case of the fa/premier league not doing a fit and proper ownership correctly.
