http://www.wwe.com/inside/news/evan-bourne-suspended-60-days Evan Bourne (Matthew Korklan) has been suspended for 60 days following a second breach of the companies Talent Wellness Program. This is second strike of 3, and if he gets a third his contract will be terminated. I get the impression that this is why Primo and Epico won the Tag team championships at the house show on Sunday. Afterall the company would not like to have someone who seems to have a problem with performance enhancing drugs of some sort. Also a month out is a long time no to have competition in the tag team division. Here is the companies Substance abuse and drug testing policy; http://corporate.wwe.com/company/abuse_policy.jsp
He better not be!!! He is the best highflyer there atm and with out Airboom the tag team division will be dull again!!
im not a fan of him, cruiserweights have no place now in the wwe now that A. vince barred alot of their moves, B. ther is no cruiserweight title... HHH isnt a fan of him at all and how a backstage row with him not long back, as for the tag division? primo & epico are amazing (rosa mendes is extremely hot) hunico and his bloke too (cant remember his name) the wwe can put together convincing tag teams... its just seemed in recent times they havnt bin bothered he failed two drug tests within 3 months... he's gna miss two of the biggest pay checks of the yr the rumble and mania...
I think crusierweights have a place there, they are the ones who fly around the ring and make it interesting. Otherwise we are left with just big brawlers who slug it out. You could look at it this way, the shooting star press was banned, but when EB signed they made exception. So in the tag team division you would have 2 teams fighting each other week in week out?? Not sure how that works. Airboom are fan favs and have a big following. I am very surprised he has done it again! You would think he would have learned from the first time.
What an idiot. If he wants to be released, he should man up and ask for his release. Now it looks like he has a drug problem, which does not bode well for his future in other wrestling companies.
I agree he should man up and ask to be released, but i also wonder if he is on some drugs which are perscribed but fall foul of the program. I guess we will never know, but it certainly looks bad.
Plus that's what him and R Truth got done for last time, before it was added to the wellness policy it was just a fine, but now its suspensions. Brian Kendrick got caught smoking it all the time.
Fair enough. I am not surprised BK did it, he always seemed high! He really needs to get his act sorted then.
