What's it going to be then?

    Mannone

    Rosenior Chester Hobbs Dawson

    Evans McKenna

    Stewart Koren Brady

    McLean

    subs:

    Basso, Fryatt, Cooper, Dudgeon, King

Are we going to be "mainly Man Utd" very soon?

    Mannone

    Rosenior Chester Hobbs Dudgeon

    Evans McKenna

    Stewart Koren Brady

    King

Personally I'd like to see Simpson given a crack again, I felt he was hard done by when he was dropped after Fryatt/McLean arrived.

If Koren is fit then it will be same starting line up as last game, if he isn't then Brady will start in his role.
King will be on the bench whatever.

What? Leave out McKenna, one of our most consistent performers so far this season? <doh> He should be one of the first names on the team sheet <ok>

AGREED. Then it will be all change for the Crawley Town game next week as the squad players get a go and Nick needs to rest the first team prior to the Doncaster game 3 days later.

Can Carson play in the CUP anyone know ? Or is he just cover for league games.? IMO....Vito should play all games unless injured.

If he is allowed to play in the cup I would think Carson against Crawley

You have to play Fryatt, he is the natural finisher, and could be the difference in the game. You must play your best players.

    ------------Mannone,
    Rosenior, Hobbs, Chester, Dawson
    ---------McKenna, Evans---------
    McLean----Koren-------Stewart
    -------------Fryatt----------------

That will be the team again, remember NB saying after the last match that Fryatt didn't train all week cos he has had a knock, He will start again this saturday. McLean put in a good performance and doesn't deserve to get dropped.
If it was me, I'd drop Dawson for Dudgeon, but NB will go for experience heads at the back for this one.
Likely to see King come on at some point with Brady.

But as I keep saying, how many more missed chances from 5-10 yards before he is no longer considered a natural finisher. Reputation does not score goals.

Its not just a reputation though is it? He has scored goals. he has 8 this season already! Only half way through. and everyone keeps going on about 15-20 goal a season striker! WE HAVE ONE! Give him a chance hes not gonna score 20 goals from start of the season till now.
I am certain with the attacking system we are playing at the moment he will bag goals along with the rest of the team!

In that case, why has he hardly had a shot in the last 6 or 7 games (his only goal in that time coming from the penalty spot) even thought the team has been creating chances.

If the team is consistently creating between 10 and 20 chances per game, and the striker isn't getting them, surely he is at fault? I know it would be if it was McLean or Adebola.

Just a guess but as they've sent him out for the season I'd imagine it'd be fair to assume that it wouldn't matter to them

I thought that Mclean was superb when he went up top last week. Just wonder if Nick might just swap Mclean and Fryatt around. ? That bench dont half look strong now.
