Your Best and Worst

Faves:

Colo: A touch of class at the back, probably the best centre-back in the League this season, judging on form to date.

Jonas: Frustrating end product at times but he would die for the cause. That deserves respect and admiration.

Tiote: An absolute beast. Steve Taylor is right, opposition midfielders genuinely seem scared of him.

Worst:

Perch: Awful player.

Smith: How a player as limited as him commands a reported £60k a week is beyond me. I can't and don't blame him for seeing it out, but Allardyce should be shot for giving him such a contract in the first place.

Gosling: Left a bad taste in my mouth how he left Everton and stitched up his former club Plymouth Argyle in the process for personal gain when signing for us.

Most:

Krul - Love the guy, seems down to earth and a geordie through and through
Jonas - Works hard and seems like a laugh. His 'whey aye man', his spiderman mask and his conga line dancing at the kids xmas party. Classics.
Ba - The syrup thing makes me laugh and he scores a ****load of goals. Winner.

Worst:

Shola - You all have your views, fine, but I cannot stand him as a player, I really can't
Smith - Money grabbing knob
Obertan - Nice guy I'm sure but not good enough

 

Most favourite:

Ba - A goal-scoring machine!

Ben Arfa - The lad has the skill and the ability to be one of the best in the league. It irritates me how he doesn't get more starts.

Krul - He's going to be one of the best in the world, and in my opinion, the best in the league.

Least favourite:

Smith - He should leave. He offers absolutely nothing to the team, or the club.

Perch - Anytime i see his name in the starting line-up i get worried. Championship player at best.

Ranger - He has the opportunity to play football as his job, he gets paid millions to do it, and yet, he decides to act like a complete idiot, who thinks he's a gangsta.

 

I agree that some people have been harsh on him.

But again we have the term 'world class' banded about far too easily.

Enrique had one great season in the PL and half a good season for Liverpool. He's never played in the Champions League, nor has he played an international match. He is in reality International Class but been over-looked, however he's not world class yet.

 

Faves:

1. Steven Taylor - Always gives 100% and plays for the shirt. Think he's a very under rated player
2. Jonas Guttierez - His work rate alone get's him in my top 3
3. Chieck Tiote - I just think he's brilliant!

Very difficult to choose a top 3. Could have easily had Coloccini, Cabaye, Ba, Krul or even Harper for his loyalty!
Worst:

Most:
Ba - always smiling, always happy, and then there's the syrup; can't not like him
Krul - Seems a decent character and always puts in the hard shift for us
Saylor - must have had to put up with all kinds of **** when Ashley and co were sucking off Carroll and transfer listed Saylor as a result of their feud but always is determined and dedicated and really loves the team

Honourable mentions to: Tiote (Arsenal goal, his quality), Ben Arfa (The way he went to watch Gateshead matches while injured to get out amongst the locals) and the Ameobis (love em both)

Worst:
Xisco - At least Smith's ****ing done something for the club. Xisco has simply sat on his massive wage and done **** all - he can piss off, the big flop.

Smith - can't excuse Smudger for sitting on his wages though - he needs to thank the club for giving him a run out and leave quickly before his image as a nice bloke who helped bring us up to the Prem wears off.

Ranger - millions would kill to do what he gets to; one of the best jobs around and he intends to piss it all away. ****ing 'gangsta' nobend. Can **** off.

 

Shola the second and it bugs me he gets game time ahead of Ferguson, Ben Arfa and even Vuckic and Abeid.

If Xisco makes one more appearance for us we have to pay a few million to his old club as part of an appearance arrangement in his contact.

It isn't his fault he isn't being played, it's ours.

 

I'm glad Perch isn't coming in for too much abuse. We all know he isn't the most talented player in the world, even in the reserves, but whenever he plays he puts in a lot effort and has looked a lot better since being used to sure up the midfield rather than as a CB, which he isn't.

Don't forget his defence splitting pass for Gosling against City, either.

I don't hate Perch anymore really. He puts effort in, even if he is ****.
