Haha, not really took much notice of the Championship this season, how are Leeds doing?

I honestly couldn't name Leeds' team these days. Quite bad really how a club like them can't hold on to their better players.

Our manager's got us as playoff candidates again, but our chairman's ambition is League One level at best. We're regularly outspent by teams in the division below us, as well as relegation candidates like Barnsley and Doncaster. And we haemorrhage our best talent as soon as they get a whiff of the possibility of a move. Usually soon after their contract extension talks have broken down, in which case our 'wise'/'shrewd'/'clever' chairman spouts off about them and their agent being greedy, and us being better off without them... except we never are.

And just to add to the whacky fun, he's bolting a shopping mall and hotel onto the side of our stadium. But worry not, it's only costing 70m quid. JD Sports Arena @ Elland Road here we come.

What's the fan's views on Grayson these days? Remember a while last season there were a few of you's complaining. Plus there's been some poor results this season, I like Grayson though.

Probably 80/20 in favour of Grayson. I'm firmly one of the 80% myself. He's been tactically a bit off-kilter sometimes, but which manager isn't? I can't think of anyone who's spent less than him and achieved more in this division. Even when we've strung together a team of loanees, freebies and cheap rejects, he's managed to create a good team spirit. It just lacks leadership, final-ball quality and experience... and those things obviously aren't going to be found from the aforementioned category of players!

In short, if he got anything like the funding Rodgers/Lambert/Warnock got last season to get their sides promoted, or Adkins/Allardyce this season, we'd be right up there, and he'd be getting discussed in the same breath as those managers who are now being linked with a host of top clubs (well, Rodgers, Lambert and Adkins are anyway).

Ah, glad to hear that, didn't want to hear fans getting on his back. Would be interesting to see what would happen with him if he had the money, shame about Bates but you know all about that ha.

Also has Snodgrass been playing well recently? Normally hear about a few prem teams linked with him but seems to have went quiet (would rather he stayed with you's though).
