Andy King's injury

    He's had a scan and the club are awaiting the results.

    Rumour is that he's damaged his achilles tendon and will be out for 12 weeks.

    I wouldn't wish injury on players and hope he makes a speedy recovery but, this is an opportunity to freshen things up in the midfield longer term rather than just last night.

    ^ Yes fate may just be dealing us a card, but I still wish Andy a speedy recovery, there's still time for him to make the GB team for 2012 ;)

    Maybe this IS fate for him also, a big break to refresh, he is only young and had a hell of a lot of games and pressure for the last 3-4 yrs?

    Lets not rush him back into the squad either like Leeds have done with Snodgrass.

    He's not as important of player for us as Robert is for Leeds. He needs rest.

    He has a big future, he is maybe close to burn out, this will do him good

    I think this may be a good thing all round. King isnt a bad player but for 12 months now he performances have looked laclustre and tired. A good rest will do him no harm because since League 1 he hasnt had a break at all
