    It depends though

    Parachute Regiment murders civilians

    Parachute Regiment members murder civilians

    Both acceptable?

It's all about the regiment....as an entity of its own in victories etc

Buy ill not do it again because I can't be arse arguing this issue using the browser

When the app is fixed and Wiki is working ill kick your shiney metal ass

The IRA and The British Army have a lot to answer for.

Shoot them all and the problem would be solved.

No you're still not getting it. Southern irish protestants were hunted out and killed simply because they were protestant.

Do you not find the RA scummy?

You've gone very quiet on the Torbett issue. Did I teach you something new today?

Can't be arsed finding the actual quote on this thread, but someone said that most prison inmates are ex-services, which is somewhat exaggerated. The figure is 10% apparently, which is still pretty shocking I suppose.

Whether or not they are illegal was not really my point.

Somebody raised the issue that soldiers cannot be held responsible for where they are posted & why they are posted there............my point is that that is bollocks as you sign up today you know where your heading, you can research these places before you sign up & find out what it is you are actually getting yourself in to & why you are putting your life on the line.

I accept years ago when the media were not as cynical as they are today you would be hard pushed to find as many media outlets being against wars as you would today.

    http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2009/sep/24/jailed-veteran-servicemen-outnumber-troops

"An estimated 20,000 veterans are in the criminal justice system, with 8,500 behind bars, almost one in 10 of the prison population."

"The probation union's estimate of 20,000 veterans in the criminal justice system breaks down into 12,000 veterans on probation or parole, and a further 8,500 in custody. These figures represent 8.5% of the total UK prison population, and 6% of all those on probation or parole."

Scottish Catholics suffered at the hands of Proddies. Scottish people suffered at the hands of the English and rich Scottish landowers. Scots suffered because they wore tartan.

But do you hear us bleating on about it every day?

    Fucking Irish!

Medro in selective reading shocker <ok>

When i say brits, i mean the british army, no doubt irish loyalists have had their own fair share of atrocities too but the british army, who both the queen and cameron have both apologised for in recent times are the seed of that problem.

If folk hate the British Army, sworn to defend Queen and Country, why not **** off to damper, more miserable, economically ******ed climes away from the pomp and ceremony they hate. Ireland for example.

    Whats more humiliating?

Being shagged by a priest or being shagged by a buffed up rugged war veteran.
