By Jacob Murtagh Jan 17 2012 AKOS Buzsaky will snub a loan move to Blackpool to stay and fight for his place at QPR. The Seasiders have been linked with a loan swoop for the midfielder, who has made just seven appearances for Rangers this season. However, injuries and suspensions meant the Hungarian made a rare start in Sunday's defeat at Newcastle United. And Buzsaky is determined to prove himself in the Premier League under new boss Mark Hughes. He told Nemzeti Sport: "Nobody can take their place for granted in the team, everybody has to fight for their spot. âThis was the first time for me to start in the team since August. I hope I can do this more times." Read More http://www.fulhamchronicle.co.uk/london-sport/london-qpr/2012/01/17/buzsaky-ready-to-snub-blackpool-switch-82029-30139866/?#ixzz1jiNKdCDL
He would be assured first team football under Ollie and a reasonable chance of an early return to the Prem. Given his lacklustre performances in all of his several comeback games since injury I think he should jump at the chance to get as much senior game time as possible. On the other hand perhaps he knows something about AT's future that we do not...
I just think that he needs a few more games to get his fitness back. If NW gets another job then I would expect Derry and Hill to leave, Ali's out for the season and Barton is more than likely to get another ban. That really leaves Troare (in ACON) and Mackie as midfielders so I guess he has an opportnity to prove he has what it takes. If he doesn't prove to MH, then I am sure he will be loaned out later
Such a shame Buzz has lost it but he got supplanted by Adel and hasn't been anywhere near his best since getting injured. Sadly Championship level is probably where his future lies. Pains me to admit it as I used to think he was world class at one state.

Last Updated: January 17, 2012 5:30pm Midfielder impressed with changes since the arrival of Hughes Akos Buzsaky is pleased to have a new opportunity to prove his worth at Queens Park Rangers under the management of Mark Hughes. The Hungarian midfielder on Sunday started in the defeat at Newcastle in what was the first game of QPR's new regime. Buzsaky had not been in the first XI since the defeat at Wigan on 27th August and the appearance at St James' Park was just his seventh of the season. Having been forced into a fringe role under the previous management of Neil Warnock, the 29-year-old is happy to see Hughes giving all QPR squad members the chance to impress. "From now, no-one has a guaranteed place and at last the line-up is named based on performances," Buzsaky told Nemzeti Sport. Intensity "My team and I can also play better (than against Newcastle) and I'm sure that we will soon prove it. "I was again in the line-up after the end of last August and I'm trying to do my best to repeat it many times." Buzsaky is also impressed by an increased level of intensity under Hughes in comparison with Warnock. "We were very tired after the training in the last days," he said. "That's why we got the wind knocked out of us after 20 minutes in each half against Newcastle. "But no problem. The hard work will be beneficial. We'll be ready to play for 90 minutes and will start climbing up the table." http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/7439279/?
You serious? You must be wumming, he was a clear MOM for us. Start supporting our players rather than slating them.
He looked our Man of the match to me. He showed more composure and comfort with the ball than anyone else on the pitch. From the applause MH gave him when he was substituted, he looked well satisfied. Thought he took him off to rest him for Wigan after he took a knock, same with Bothroyd.
Apart from the quality that HH showed when he came on, I thought Buzsacky was probably the best player today, at least outside of the defence. I thought Gabbidon was really good, too. As was Young. Hill was good at the back but made too many mistakes going forward. I thought Mackie was no good and should have been replaced by Ephraim earlier. Was the disallowed goal really illegal? I thought it was an own goal which should have stood, regardless of offside.
