Hula Hoops are fine in my book - not bad, mid table sort of snack. I used to love Nibbits years ago. Couldn't get on with those things that were supposed to be monsters' feet or something, amorphous blobs of expanded polystyrene coloured orange as I recall.

With you on that. Too thick, the volume:surface area ratio is too high meaning they'll fill you up quicker with less taste than a normal crisp. In fact they aren't even crisps.

I would have gone along with all this stuff about "official banter thread", but allowing that deranged cretin AKCJ to actually moderate on a board is just taking the piss out of all the other posters on not606. Just plain moronic. If lots of people leave this board I would put it down to that one brainless and insensitive act. :(

Oh and the frogs do great crisps, even the ones in supermarkets...Intermache and Super U etc are great.

and that 'one brainless and insensitive act' was promoted by the master of fcukwittery himself....................................Proud Fox.

With the exception of Dorset Fox I can only assume than none of the rest of you have ever had the pleasure of Roysters T-Bone Steak, nowt comes close!

Woah! That's some pretty controversial stuff there - steady on, we don't want this thread closed down. With you on the ready salted flavour (not a fan of any ready salted crisps really) but don't let them tarnish the reputation of their far superior cousin, the beef hula-hoop. Premiership level, possibly pushing for a a place in Europe in the crisp league for me.

As we're on the crisp theme can anyone confirm a childhood memory or did I infact concoct these crisp as a figment of my imagination:

Fish and crisp flavour and worcester sauce flavour salt and shake crisps? My childhood memory extends to the cool and hard kids in the playground eating the crisps first before manly necking the bag of flavoured salt as an intense-flavoured chaser. I tried it once with the worcester sauce ones and it took all the skin off the inside of my mouth and made me cry.

If Proud and AKCJ would do the decent thing and "fall on their sword" and take up residence on "Foxes Talk" that would do for me and I would donate £20, (no 20 euros) to the LCFC benevolent fund.

Wotsits are ok.

Space raiders. Now gone up to an extravagant 15p but still worth it.

The pickled onion flavour zaps the side of your mouth with so much zing & e-numbers that one may feel compelled to vomit from the back on one's head.

A true experience, not for the faint hearted.

Clever? No. Dangerous? Yes. Essential? Of course.

I've just gone right ahead and said it. Deal with it.

IMO Proud Fox and AKCJ make a perfect pair of tits but you are the biggest wum we have.
90% of your 138 posts have been used to stir things up on their board and you're still doing the same now when others are trying to calm things down.

I always go for the Zinger Tower rather than the standard Tower. I just assume everyone does, but of course that cannot be right.

OLM got nothing but insults because of his love of lambrettas from everyone on the fester board long long before he ever said boo to anyone ... he sure as fook isn't a trouble causer .. You lot gave it big on everyone's boards before a ball was kicked this season and you all spat your dummy's out when things blew up in your faces on how you was going to walk the league ...

Firstly I must apologise for spelling Frazzles incorrectly…it was stupid, insensitive and had little regard for the harm it would cause <ok>

And just to say: Proud has been a great MOD. It’s a job he has done since the Leicester faithful moved to this forum and he does it voluntarily. Due to the increase of idiots on our board we have started to lose a lot of posers, including our 2nd MOD ‘Emilio’ (who posts infrequently now). Proud needed to find an active member…how the Hull lot can moan about AKCJ since he has been banned from YOUR board for months now is beyond me – by definition if your moaning about his posts since the ban then clearly your on OUR board.

I and many other posters on our board would not want the MOD position. I have been posting of Foxestalk a lot more because of this nonsense…but Proud cant simply ignore it because he has his duties. If AKCJ has done something malicious since his promotion to MOD then should the complaint be reasonable then it will be sorted im sure – until that point please leave it alone.

90% want good natured chat here…yet 10% are still stirring the situation when it can quite easily be left alone.

So back to more important matters:

Monster Munch – Red Hot???

Used to love 'Castle' crisps - with a blue bag of salt.

Now can't stand these over-salted scabs of Walkers!

Give me pistachios anyday.

I assume you mean Flamin' hot? Top marks, quality crisp right there. Now here's one to set the cat amongst the pigeons: I like Twiglets.

The Fish and Chip flavoured snack was more like a small baked savoury biscuit if memory serves me well .
Like a mini cheddar( up there with the best snackage around) but shaped like a fish or not surprisingly a chip.

They were a firm favourite back in the day, probably only surpassed by the legend that was 'Football crazies'

BACK OF THE SHAGGING NET!!!!!
