So with 21 games played the bottom six looks like this.

Who do you think will go down and who would you prefer to see go down.

It looks pretty bad for Wigan but I'd like to see them hit a bit of form and avoid relegation. I'd much rather see Wolves, Blackburn and Bolton go down.

    What do you think?

    15 West Brom 21 2 2 7 8 14 4 2 4 12 16 -10 22
    16 Wolverhampton 21 3 2 5 14 17 1 4 6 9 20 -14 18
    17 Blackburn 21 3 0 8 16 22 1 5 4 16 22 -12 17
    18 QPR 21 1 4 5 9 17 3 1 7 10 19 -17 17
    19 Bolton 21 1 1 8 11 24 4 0 7 14 22 -21 16
    20 Wigan 21 1 4 6 10 21 2 2 6 8 21 -24 15

I'd love to see WBA go down, no idea why. Replace Blackburn with QPR, thats my prediction.

Because we're incapable of beating them?

Hopefully Wigan, Blackburn & Bolton. All have poor fans, unexciting teams.

I actually just put a bet on Blackburn to go down on Coral I put £15 on them @8/1
Some idiot's put the wrong odds and just changed it quickly on there... hoping it's an easy £135!

I like Wigan's spirit, but I'm not sure I could hack another season of them in the Premiership. Maybe it's time they bowed out and let another Championship club have a go.

It's tight and it's probably going to get tighter. Just pleased we aren't in the mire.

I don't get the poll but I voted 20th. Whoever finishes there will most certainly go down.

<laugh> I voted 18th, I think they'll go down too. I don't think they could even stay up on goal difference!

Amazingly, no one thinks the team that finish in 19th will go down...

AB do you care to explain the poll? Or have you just plain lost your marbles?

Found the Wigan fans to be very friendly and they all thought highly of us. They all seemed to be honoured to be talking to me (my fame has spread) and spoke very highly of the team. I think some of them were remembering the heady days of our Cup Final victories when we were everybodies second team.

Wigan fans have some great stories of where they have been, some of them have been seriously loyal. The weirdest one was how the football fans and the rugby fans have a huge rivalry, and laugh at the other losing.

I think more threads should have completely random polls on top. Just to see what people vote. I hope what you've started here catches on AB.

That was one game... You're forgetting Wigan isn't really a football town, as most places aren't in the North West.

    So it would seem.

Bad idea, I'll leave it to the experts.
