Why are you lot arguing with that plank "WhyAlwaysMe?DEEEEEEEEENCH" - he (or she) is a bloody idiot ! Its like arguing with the dunce in school, it gets you nowhere, he (or she) has nothing intelligent to say. What I want to know is .... why halfway through the transfer window, while we are ravaged with injuries and have crap players that we still haven't bought anyone ?? Ramsey didn't have a great game but he worked hard and to be fair, the players around him were shocking. Song was decent, admittedly, but who else stepped up ? Bloody rubbish team performance but, isn't that common sense - when you have 4 or 5 inconsistent players the chances of them all having a good game are slim, makes me wonder where Le Prof got his Economics degree from, cos surely he would've learned about probability !!!
Much as I hate to agree and say this I really do feel that after Feb 2011, Le Prof has for the most part been rather at a lost to turn things around. His hands are tied too of course since the money men won't spend despite their declarations which we now know are empty. However Piskie will say no...
As you can see, weeing in the direction the wind is blowing, as you are doing, is a stupid thing to do. By the responses from proper Arsenal fans it is clear who the board idiot is and, I can tell you chum, it aint me ! You don't have the intelligence to ever beat me in an argument but you are welcome to try .. and .. keep massaging your ego by telling yourself how clever you are. Dunce !
Proper fans? I bet you are one of the new set of fans who joined after the invincibles. 6 Years? That IS NOTHING! Before AW Arsenal were in the dumps He cxame he gave us Pl Titles, Cl Runner-Up, FA Cups not to mention AN TEAM THAT WENT THE ENTIRE SEASON UNBEATEN Proper fans don't call a Legendary manager like him a fool, sh!t I'm not going to lie and say he's a tatical genius but there is a reason he manages Arseanl FC and a reason you are venting out your anger on the internet
Not really. Personal attacks on a person who has done more for our club than you ever will are completely out of line. I can understand things being said in the heat of the moment and not believing he is up to the job but the level of hatred that is dished out on our team is just not right.
Great game lads, and don't get too down beat, you'll not stray too far from the top, by the way, don't be too hard on Ramsey, you can't expect an X Cardiff player to perform well against the Mighty Swans!................
Trying to put the result into perspective, we have just played two very difficult away fixtures. Fulham we always struggle against, and against a Swansea side who have lost exactly once at home this season (to the champions). Not sure what people expected of us going to a team which has only conceded 4 goals at home this entire season so far and we our defence being injury hit as it is. It doesn't justify the result, but give the Swans some credit....
Wenger is a Twat he was blaming the pitch and the ref for your defeat and forgot to metion you were putplayed by a better side. Walcott is the most overrated player in the premier league and how he gets regular games is beyond me and gets in the Engalnd squad is even madder, all he has is pace and he is like throwing a dog a ball if he's got 30 yards to run on to at a defender he will no doubt beat the guy for pace but when he gets the ball he hasnt a clue what to do with it. Wenger you are a bad loser - well done Swansea and i support a L2 team so im not biased towards Swanseas and Scott Sinclair is better than Walcott.
We used to beat Fulham but that seems like such a long time ago. What good is a team that can only win easy games? It's the tough ones at which you need to grind out a win that makes the difference. Right now we can't get that done. If RvP and one or two other key players should leave, what happens then? Our upcoming fixtures are not going to be easy ones either but good teams just get on with the business of winning. Instead we have a side that has had the quality taken out of it.
I can't agree with you. This is a team who have been great at home ... allegedly .. and not conceded 2 goals. Yet we with our heavily bandaged team managed to score 2 goals. Puts it all in perspective. That Walcott goal was so against the run of play it was laughable. the top teams have been pap this season - City excluded. But Swansea did play out of this world, credit due.
Ok, firstly, Wenger is looking a bit of a knob over his post-game comments. The entire football world gave us credit for out-passing Arsenal, and all he could manage was "the pitch was ****" and "your player dived". Bit rich if you've got a long memory, surely Arsene? As for whether you should have won, well, depends how you look at it. I fancied us for a win here and we duly delivered, but that's based purely on the players. If you look at the club, there's no way we should be beating Arsenal. Wenger always bemoans how he can't spend like the clubs with rich backers, but Swansea showed you don't need to spend big to play pretty football. For a club with the revenue, and grand designs, that Arsenal have, they really should be doing better. Wouldn't be surprised if Arsenal threw £10mil at the Swans now for Ashley Williams?
Sorry but even if Wenger signed Dyer and Sinclair I think he would not know how to get the best out of these players IMO.
