Disappointed with the missed chances today, you have to take the chances you get against the top teams and sadly, we didn't today. I feel this game really underlines how much we need a goalscorer.

McClean was great today as was Sess!

Agreed, Cisse on loan would do for me.

Decent performance. Let's hope the Cisse rumours are true. I think he would have scored today.

Missed 3 - THREE chances. Got to give him his due, he is trying and is a future star. Remember McShane's first few games? Let the lad develop. Let him grow. Mig was our star today.

Where is Campbell? Why no opening for Noble or Tunkara or Laing?

Campbell travelled down but didn't make the squad we could've done with his pace today

Finishing aside McClean was Superb as was Lionel Sessi who gets better every game.

Think Wickham should start ahead of bendtner from now on his finishing is woeful.

Sess was very good. I think we missed Brown in defence and a "sparkling" striker. Nowt much else. When is Meyler back?

A very good performance by Sunderland today, deserved a point out of it.

An off day for Mclean but, will give him that one no problem at all at least he is trying. Agree with Apone we maybe should have got a point out of todays game all decided on a flukey Lampard goal. I would rather Torres shot went in to win the game very unlucky that lad and, when he does finally get one he will knock them in all day long. A good game and one where both teams were not too far away from each other.

McClean didn't have an off day, we just didn't play down the left. Everyone round me was screaming at them to pass to him.
Sess had some good moments, but wasn't one of his best days. Don't know why we persist in lumping balls up to him.
Good performance from the lads. Dunno why, but it doesn't feel like a loss

i thought maclean was good ...doing most of richardsons work for him and making some great crossses in the second half......dont be swayed by that miss ....it was harder than it looked on first inspection....it was at pace at knee level and bot....a put him off ....much harder than the gardner or bentner chance.....

I couldn't believe the two misses. Both in 90+! We had to take any chances we got and when two come in quick succession like that it's shocking we didn't get a draw.
