I agree to a certain extent with what you are saying, but i would of done what NP did, as lets be honest he has a family to think about as well. I agree he has higher expectations on him now, which i agree he should have. However with that he can'tbe judged until he has got his team in place.
Its Sven's team and Sven brought the players, it will take time for Nigel to make it his squad, it took him time at Hull to make it his squad aswell. Ask yourself this, which team do you prefer the team you had when Nigel took over or left?
How many times have we seen this happen though? Parkinson anyone? He had Colchester playing excellent football and all of a sudden we come in (a bigger team) for him offering more money.....we all know what happened after that.
, but much improved since barmby has started playing the best attacking midfielder in the league, in attacking midfield..never allowed to happen under flathead due to it breaking the strict 2 shot on target per game rule, no good buying dangerous players and putting muzzles on them.
I agree with you 100%. I am just glad Nicky Barmby seems quality. I'm not talking about results but I am talking about attitude.
Well proud Fox you pompous ass and all of your arrogant friends I hope you've learn't your lesson that you shouldn't take the mickey out of us little pub teams. I've just got back from our game and haven't seen any results yet but I hope you at least beat Barnyardsley more that the 2-0 we did so you can keep a little bit of your pride
Judging by what that set of ****s on foxestalk are saying they never wanted sharp!!! Sad ****ers were ****ing themselves silly thinking he agreed to sign yesterday despite playing for donny today......how ****ing ******ed?? Now they never wanted him and want maynard despite him telling them to go and **** em selves in the summer. Cant wait for nigel to get the sack, he said the fans were deluded on radio tonight!!!!! Ha ha ****sticks the lot of em
Let's not forget that it wasn't instant with Nigel here either, but once he was able to make his own additions the results came. I know it's fashionable to hate Leicester, and actually be competitive in that hatred, but we all know what he did for us. And continues to do with some great players he left behind, in fact. He is a good manager, Leicester do have potential, they will improve. Don't be afraid of it, or even let it bother you in the slightest to be honest. They're not our problem. There, I said it.
Its not about hating Leicester , the club bares little relevance to Hull, its more down to an dislike to their fans and their obsession with spending someone elses money. Portsmouth x3
Yeah Yeah Yeah. Thats what Colin said to Tony Fernandes. In short Negative Nigel Pearson is bad news for players of quality. He plays square pegs in round holes most of the time.
Daft question; when he took over we were a selling club by necessity. He was paid good money to do a straightforward job as a professional manager, many could have done similar. What he failed to do was pick a consistant team that could play attractive, attacking football. The only difference now is that you paid us a shed-load of compensation and are paying him a shed-load more to do the same for you - you reap what you sow and you have cast yours on stoney ground!
