    Not really. When we did the Amy Winehouse joke threads (which many of the Speedgate mopes contributed to funnily enough), they weren't music-related.

    I think singingitworks should be banned for this horrific offence. He's clearly trying to wind up the GC crowd by posting Newcastle related news. Its racist. Looks how upset Toby and Satan are. Come on Jip if you don't clamp down this could get out of hand.

    Would love him but again, very unlikely.

    Been thinking a lot about this window recently and in my opnion the best we can hope for is a James Tompkins type figure for 4 million ish and Jordan Rhodes for a similar fee.

    That would make to British, young players trying to make a name for themselves for a combined fee of 8m ish.

    No sales either would be nice!

    £8M budget yet we're spending £8-10M on a left back? Not saying i wouldnt love him, but we're hardly in desperate need of a fullback are we?

    Santon, Simpson, Taylor, Ferguson and Tavernier... Pardew himself saying Tav has looked 'sensational' since returning from loan.

    Id have put a striker, a winger and a centre back above on priority.

    Hopefully im wrong though!

    It's pretty easy to be offensive hid behind a keyboard. In real life I imagine they are call centre staff who don't speak to any of their colleagues and spend their evenings waiting for their mams to go to bed so they can get their sexual fix on spankwire via some anime porn.

    Firstly, "the lowest form of ****"? <laugh> Seriously? Don't you think that label should be reserved for *****philes and rapists? Not someone who has made a relatively harmless comment on an internet forum. Get some perspective you tit.

    Secondly, what did I say that was so bad? Was it 'Speedgate'? This was the generally-used term when referring to furore on not606 at the time. What else did I say? I called other people hypocrites, I didn't insult your precious hero at all.

    Thirdly, I'm sure the Speed family did and still do endure some tough times. I'm not sure what that has to do with me or my comment though. The only person really to blame for all that is the man himself. Harsh as that may be, it's the truth.

    I didn't say it was you alone, it was all you lot on general chat. I avoid it. I've been made aware of the jokes etc. about both Amy W and Gary Speed, and it was just wrong. These are people, families and friends going through the hardest week of their lives, and all you can do is take the mick out of them for being selfish (rather than clinically depressed or whatever other lies? Just think how you'd feel if your brother, father, son, cousin, friend or whatever suffered a tragedy like this? Speedgate and jokes about Amy W's death are just fundamentally distasteful and unfunny.

    I admit, 'lowest form of ****' was a hot headed moment - if you ask the guys on here, its out of character for me.
