    Translation via Google Translate:
The absence of Aly Cissokho in the group that travels to Montpellier on Saturday surprised many, the defender of the official Olympique Lyonnais with muscle pain. Depending on progress, this package could be justified by the imminent departure of Cissokho. The regional newspaper says it will do in the next 72 hours the trip to Newcastle to undergo a medical examination. If it is positive, while Aly Cissokho could commit on Monday with the Magpies, who coveted for quite some time. No price has been raised so far, but we know that in this case Jean-Michel Aulas wanted to get a sum of around 10 th, even if now we talk now 9ME. A relatively respectable for a defender given the current status of the transfer market.

Apparently he is set for a medical and has been left out of Lyon's match day squad against Montpellier. Hope this is true, our back 4 would be amazing. Foot01.com seems pretty reliable and had alot of Cabaye news when it first broke. Lets hope

Mark Douglas just bullshitted all of this.

He's more reliable than all of those.

If it was L'Equipe, ok. But foot01? Never heard of them. Probably the equivalent of goal.com over here...

Thanks for sharing. Tash, don't jump the gun so quick mate. You'd have thought French sources will be more informed than Mark Douglas. Besides, Equipe is the most reliable source in Europe mostly.

I don't even trust L'Equipe. They spouted **** about Gervinho having a medical at Newcastle and how he'd sign for us and all that ****.

To be fair, they are usually alot more reliable than the media here still. Also, maybe Gervinho was on his way for a medical, or some sort of discussions. Yet Arsenal made a better bid at the eleventh hour.

Can never rule things like this out Monsieur Tash. <ok>
