This my personal opinion and I'm not saying AP is wrong, but he seems to be a massive fan of Ober and Sammy. Often playing them ahead of other players that have more potential in HBA, Harris and Abeid . With Ober and Sammy ( who I think are fantastic pacy impact players ) out for a while , I'm keen to see the full potential of the others.

With an extended run in the side, hopefully it will give AP a challenge to drop them when others regain fitness.

I now alot of people on here rate Sammi Ameobi but for me he shouldn't be anywhere near the first team for me.
Don't even get me started on Ubermong.

i think he forgets they is more than them in our squad ,hba 70 mins into a game is no good when he comes on and gives us a lifeline ,he should be starting over sammy anyday of the week

Obertan's injured? When did this happen? A lot of people slate him but he's nowhere near as bad as people make out, last time he was injured everyone said how much we missed him for the games he was out.

I still think it was a big mistake to release Barton, he'd have been another option on the right and invaluable in the centre with Guthrie and Tiote out.

I know he's not terrible but he is so frustrating to watch.
We waste a lot of opportunities with his reluctance to take on his man or
    whip in an early cross.

    All of this.

There was some mention in The Journal today of Obertan still struggling with the injury he got at Stoke.

    Got to agree with this!

HBA at RM will invite opposition play down his wing. If I was a manager playing against him its exactly what I would do - play high, give him no space to operate in and take advantage of his defensive frailties...

Simpson will have to step it up, but tough ****, you can't consider yourself a decent RB if you're being shielded by your winger each week and Ben Arfa brings far too much in the way of attacking ability to NOT play him!
