I love Ben Arfa, I really do. He literally seems to bypass the club itself and just plays for us, the fans. We do love him, we do get excited by him, and he can obviously feel it whenever he's on the pitch.

It's really great to have a player with such an attitude and mentality. He's a confident, he's a winner and he wants to entertain.

I love Hatem! He's a far cry from the players we had when we went down; he just seems to want to play entirely for the joy of the fans. I really hope he gets his chance for France too!

I'm glad he wants to entertain us, but I hope he plays sensibly as well. I hope he doesn't do what he does sometimes and tries to skin everyone by himself instead of passing.

I know with Hatem you want him to try those skill moves and try to skin a few more players than normal, as it just wouldn't be Hatem if he passed every time, but I hope he realises he doesn't have to do it all himself, and passes to the team more often like he did vs Blackburn.

Agreed. He needs to get the balance right between showmanship and team play. It can be frustrating when he tries to take on a whoe team and loses the ball, although if he didn't try it occassionally we wouldn't get wonder goals like the one against Blackburn.

Disagree for the second time tonight Tash, when ben Arfa gets the ball I just like to see him keep going and going, even if he loses it, it puts their defence so much on the back foot.

Pardew said that he ordered Ben Arfa to pass the ball when he's in the middle of the pitch and run with it when he's in the final third.

    Love him!

The thing QPR employed, not passing the ball to Tarrabt until the final 3rd, we should tell Ben Arfa he's not allowed to do anything UNTIL he's in the final 3rd!

I love him. Players of his ilk are why I watch football.

Couldn't give a **** if he gives the ball away. He gives it away because he's trying to do stuff. Always amuses me when losing the ball after trying to take somebody on garners groans from the crowd but lumping it forward and losing possession doesn't have anywhere near the same response despite the fact the same result has occurred - a loss of possession.

Anyway, it's not as if the kid doesn't pass the ball. He can and does have exceptional vision, but a large problem is our complete lack of movement when our players are in possession.

I like to think every contribution is well educated.
