Well it aint being rushed is it.? You would have thought for the so called mega wages that have been offered to Sharp that he would have signed by now. SSN reported at the weekend that Sharp said he would not rush into anything. I think this will only get sorted one way or another in the last week of Jan. Nice to see a footballer taking his time and not being rushed by the rustle of money.

Why is it ridiculous, didn't Beckford and Sharp play together at Scunny? It's not so out of this World to think that they would have discussed his potential move.
I've no idea what David Conn is, or isn't doing, but as they've just bid £3m for Sharp and £1.5m for Stewart, I'd say that stories of them not having any money to spend have been grossly exaggerated. I know what you mean, who on earth would want a talented 24 year old winger, ridiculous. Probably, just after the Queen phoned him to invite him round to the Palace to listen to Bon Jovi records and smoke spliff.
