On Valentine's Day at very reasonable prices. Who's come up with the best excuse to get away for it?

I tried to convince the missus (who hates football) that it would be a very good idea to spend our valentines night at St Andrews followed by a kebab. The words 'balls, ripped, feed and dog' came out of her mouth!!

too old for Valentines..................I'll be there and if she doesn't like it then she'll have to find another witty charming sex-god... I was confined to barracks for Boxing Day so I'll be using up the saved up brownie points...<cheers>

my reasoning: it's half term & junior hasn't been to a match at St Andrew's before. besides, it's her indoors bridge night so she won't even notice that we have gone.

Dont need an excuse mate as Mrs T. is also a City fan. :D We shall both be there <rose> <smooch> holding hands and swapping liquids.

Furthermore, our romantic meal is booked for the night after when it will be so much cheaper than the 14th. Lol.

Win Win for us both. Get in there. <ok>

Just sicked up in my mouth reading French Tickler's post. That's a new low.

Tip for those who want to go. Use the old "Bloody Valentine's day, pah! No-one is going to tell me when and where i have to declare my love for you my darling" and then turn up with flowers or choccies a couple of times between now and then.

Just let your ironing back up for a few days and she'll be too busy to go out anyway.

half term is different around the country. in Cambridge the half term is the 13th-17th. trust me, I checked this with the school before telling him he could go.

Anybody married to Andy Gray deserves to do the ironing, the cleaning, the shopping, the decorating, the gardening, the plumbing, the driving and anything else, apart from the sex. He can always take a tip from J.B. for that!!!!
