Ah, that's the MI6 building isn't it? Same architect designed Quarry House in Leeds which I love:

Another of my favourite buildings in Leeds is the Parkinson Building, entrance to the University:

Ah sweet. Yeah that Opera House is stunning, his designs always have that unique Gehry style and flair stamped all over them. The Dancing House here in Prague is quite nice too, though certainly not one of his best.

Great recommendation, I don't have it but I'm familiar with many of the works in it. Have you read How The Other Half Lives? That's a great book too, some essay journalism on poverty in New York during the late 19th Century with some brilliant photos of locals going about their daily lives. Though I'd recommend trying to get a good print in hardback as the Penguin paperback is poor quality printing for a photography book.

One of the scariest, yet most important buildings in history. It must be kept in order to remind people of the atrocity that happened there, and to ensure it never happens again.

Anyone heard of the concept X-Seed Building in Japan? It is not meant to be built but was just a concept/challenge type thing to show what could be possible. It would be 13,000ft tall, need it's own internal environment, house 1 million people, be solar powered, and have a 6km footprint. It would also cost a mere c.$500 billion.

Saint Chapelle in Paris is incredible.

Of all the churches to see in Paris, for me, this is the best and yet it's not as famous ar as visited as Notre Dame or the Sacre Coeur

Also in Paris is Le Grand Palais. It took me 7 years to see it as it was being refurbished.

Yes, this really is a building made out of human bones. There's an enormous skull chandelier in there which is, needless to say, a most disturbing and awesome sight.

The new dome for the Reichstag by Norman Foster is cool.

This! Would be an amazing place if it were built. Like a utopia from a dream.
