To clarify.. In your lifetime, which leagues, cups, official games, friendlies, foreign leagues, internationals have you seen, giving the home team

I bet some of you have been to some weird and wonderful games??

Here's an example (my own case):

Premier League/Old First Division: Hull City, Derby County
Championship/Old Second Division: Hull City, Derby County
    Pre-season friendly: Hull City
    French Ligue 1: Olympique Lyon
    Turkish Super League: Goztepe, Altay
UEFA Cup: Antalyaspor (vs Werder Bremen)
    Intertoto Cup: Altay (vs Bastia)
    International Friendly: Russia vs France
Schoolboys international: England vs West Germany
    Yorkshire Cup: Hornsea Town
    County League: Hornsea Town

All four professional divisions in England, plus numerous non-league games, the FA Cup, League Cup, Football League Trophy and two Under-21 internationals

Did anyone else go to the City vs Tampa Bay Rowdies game in about '84?

I'm starting to think I've imagined the whole thing up.

As well as seeing City home and away in all four divisions, playoffs, pre seasons and domestic cups:

Premier League: Bolton (vs Arsenal, a couple of years ago)
Championship (Div 1 at the time): Huddersfield (vs Bolton and Fulham)
Euro 2004 qualifier: England (vs Leichtenstein, at Old Trafford)
U21 internationals: England at the KC (I think I saw them all)

I'm really racking my brains but can't think of anything that exciting, even though I feel like I should have seen an obscure game somewhere. My parents saw a cup final in Rio de Janeiro and supported one side based on them being an amber team <laugh>

All 4 divisions (Hull and a fair few others - Norwich, Brentford, Leyton Orient, Crystal Palace, Charlton, Tottenham), England qualifiers and friendlies, European championships (Poland), African cup of nations (loads of games), African world cup qualifier (Gambia), Conference (Kettering, AFC Wimbledon), Conference South (AFC Wimbledon), Ryman South (Dulwich Hamlets), FA Trophy (AFC Wimbledon), Surrey Senior Cup (Dulwich Hamlets), Non-England friendly internationals (Denmark, Australia), U17 international (England), Czech league (Sparta Prague), Latvian league (Ventspils - I think), Champions league (Arsenal), FA Cup, League cup, Autowindscreens (back to Hull), or whatever it is now, league 2 play off final (Yeovil, York), FA Trophy final (York), Johnstones paint trophy final (Grimsby), Pre season friendlies (Crystal Palace, Dulwich Hamlet) and a world cup final (Spain-Holland)!

Edit: I keep adding to this as I think of more, I'm sure there's plenty I've forgotten.

I take it we're ignoring following City away in terms of giving home teams so:

International Qualifier - England (old Wembley)
U21 International - England (KC), Scotland (Easter Road)
Football League vs Serie A (KC)
PL - City, Man U, Sheff Wed
Championship - City, WBA, QPR, Barnsley
    L1 - City, Huddersfield
D3 - City (plus Mansfield/Hudds Playoff Final at Cardiff)
    FAC - City, Man U
    League Cup - City
    Reserves - City (Boothferry Park)
    JPT - City
    SPL - Dunfermline
    SF1 - Dunfermline
    SFAC - Dunfermline
    SLC - Dunfermline
SLT (can't remember what it's called, their version of the JPT) - Dunfermline
    UEFA Cup - Dunfermline
    Friendly - City, Falkirk, Dunfermline

I've obviously seen City in all 4 divisions, being a sad bastard I've also seen most of our pre-seasons(UK and beyond), some reserve games and the odd youth game.

I've been to at least 50 England games, including World Cup's and Euro's.

Also a few England U21 games.

Arsenal at Highbury in the Champions League.

The only non league games I've been to were North Ferriby.

I went to see Shatin v Army in Hong Kong.

I once went to an FC Porto game, but got so drunk in a restaurant, I missed it.

Probably some others that I'vd forgotten.

We should have Exiled from CI on this thread, his CV with regard to European football is second to none.

Obviously League 2, 1, Championship, FA Cup, League Cup and Premier League with City. Saw an England u21 game at KC. Went to Dortmund vs Bayern last year, unfortunately couldn't get tickets in the standing area.

Going to Bilbao to watch my current idol Bielsa's team in April. Want to get to more Dortmund and Bilbao games as long as their respective managers are there. Most likely move to Spain when i've furthered a little more on the coaching badges side of things. Pretty fluent in Spanish so that's the only place I could realistically move to right now.

City in all 4 divisions, League Cup, FA Cup and pre-season friendlies. Also been to Champions' League, Charity Shield and tiers 5-7 of Non-League to various teams. Only club competition I'm missing is UEFA/Europa Cup. Strangely though, I've never been to an International at any level.

As an old friend I will pass on my wisdom in this field.

Extricate any wild rodent/ animal, this includes a porcupine.

Also remove any unnecessary foreign matter, this includes marbles.

For the dreaded burning ring of fire use Sudocream, not any form of butter.

The burn will be harsh for around ten minutes but then the antiseptic kicks in and starts to soothe ones hoop.
In extreme cases place the cream in the fridge.
If you have a caring(gullible) bird ask her to apply but be careful not to pass wind during the application procedure.

Especially if she is wearing a black top.

    Hope this helps.;)
