Apparently he wants more first team football - and wants a loan move according to BBC. He looked very sharp in the FA Cup against Leeds. Could be a cracking piece of business, and an injection of pace up front? thoughts?
He plays on the wing for Arsenal and can imagine if they were to loan him out they would want him playing in that position...a position we have plenty of players for as it is therefore I don't think he would get any game time here which may mean Arsenal wouldn't be too keen to send him here
If we are going to bring in young players from other clubs then they must be special, and I mean Borini / Caulker special and better than we could possibly play in their respective positions, otherwise what's the point. I understand this player may be thought highly of at Arsenal but in the grand scheme of things is he better than Dyer / Routledge / Sinclair - because if he comes in and is going to have an impact one of those three is not going to make the bench. At this point in time it looks like Sinclair is bottom of the three, but it's really tough to tell on any given weekend who BR might play because they're all pretty much of a muchness and no-one is particularly standing out above the others as a gotta start.
I don't think he's any better than Sinclair or Dyer from what I've seen of him? He scored one class goal, but then again Sinclair has scored more!
