City need to win tonight, don`t even think of a draw, let`s destroy a weakened side......and do a proper job.
MM - never like playing "weakened" sides mate. We were purposely "weakened" by Malky against WBA, and they nearly got a big surprise. Let's just say that whatever side Freedman puts out, we will have a BETTER one. A decent win should be on the cards, though a draw would probably do up there.
Mrs Remote's birthday today. Trying to get a flyer from the office so we can eat early with an evens chance of watching the game 'live'. Sky plus set just in case. Might be a repeat of the Leeds game of 10 years ago where I watched it late without knowing the result. Must avoid radio, internet and TV news if that's the case. I've got a good feeling about this one and while not expecting a big scoreline, I'm anticipating a relatively comfortable win. MM will have done his homework but the one thing that may scupper his plans will be unexpected changes to the Palace side so not playing against what was expected. We'll play what is in front of us, be patient and push for the win!
Where is everyone? Lots of possession and half chances and typically we concede a goal. Still fancy us to win 2-1 which was my feeling all day. We look the better side, first to the second ball and looking neat and tidy. Just need a clear cut chance to fall to Kenny or Whitts.
Don't seem to have control in midfield at the mo, Need Gunner and Whitts to get hold and control. Agree remote on 2-1.
I'm watching Sky but though a few more would be posting as well. It's drifting from us at the moment, but we know we only need half a chance to level things.
we should have won, the players gave it their all, a moment of madness from heaton cost us on the day, god knows why the referee disallowed millers goal, absolutely no foul was committed anywhere in the box, we had about 15 corners to their 2, its only 1-0 so anything is possible and we can still batter them at home
0 - 0 draw if Marshal started the game & someone stayed on the the far side of the goal like there suppose to . Cardiff looked reasonably cohesive till the goal , thought they were going to win by a goal or two up till the error in judgement
