Thing is he doesn't just tip one horse on a Saturday usually 3 or 4 from what I've seen , also the racing post and morning line hype him so much that he really does effect the market so even if u agree with his analysis , the value has normally gone with the runner he highlights .. only tend to buy the racing post for stable tours in October and early November then in the 2 weeks leading up to the Cheltenham festival so I don't have an record of his strike rate but I haven't been that impressed considering the following he enjoys . I do agree tho that his record in handicaps is stronger than the championship races and often when looking for a decent priced runner in a decent handicap he will select a horse that is in my own shortlist , often tho I end up not backing said horse as the value shrinks and often other horses are ignored with just as valid chances . Maybe someone would be willing to note ALL of pricewises selections for the festival and see how he does , not sure if he recommends stake points or if not level stakes. , I presume he suggests e/w wagers on a lot of his selections . I would be interested in hos results as like o say I'm much more likely to take note of individuals on here rather than pricewise
Waaheb out of the supreme, well thats one shortish price horse gone. Now starts the nervous time for antepost punters
Let us just say that he had Al Ferof antepost in the Supreme at 25/1 and Captain Chris antepost in the Arkle at 16/1. That set him to be comfortably in profit for the week whatever happened. I think he is a good bit better than you give him credit. I did see some figures on Twitter that were very impressive but couldn't find them when I looked.
evening all- racing not been the greatest over the last couple of days most horses have had to be rated under 100 to race- Tomorrow looks better, Cant wait for saturday bring on kempton and warwick!!
if you want pricewise details this is the site you need. It's not the best designed but it has all the tips and results. It updates with new tips on the day as well. http://tipsterform.com/tom-segal-2012/
varies a lot. not that early recently. not necessarily soon enough to get on, twitter usually gets there first. the bookies do push the prices back out for 10 minutes about 8.30 tho online.
