I spoke to Danny Kedwell on the phone 5 minutes ago as I wanted to find out what position he was in. He said to me yes it is broken like you read online, but he will not get held down by injuries now that he has got going, he said he would like to try and get back as soon as possible and he would like to see if he could play against Shrewsbury, he said that there may be a small chance that he plays, but he could wear some padding to the stomach to allow him to play so that if he takes a whack he would be OK. There is also a possibility that he could have his stomach tightened up with bandages so that his ribs are protected. He is determined to try and play, but he said that he will ring me tomorrow as he will try and train and then he will have a bit more of an idea if he will be able to play as he will see if he is in much pain. He said he is feeling great though with the goal and to thank all the fans for their support. He is such a great man and as I said he is a credit to the club.

Readers - 3 points is only in a default situation and was introduced new this season. The prediction league has all ways been about getting the score line correct in the first instance. The final score was 1-3 and there was eight correct predictions, therefore the default rule did not apply.
