Totally gutted. Thank you Neil. Apart from O'Neil, i cannot see anyone doing a better job. Good news for Blackburn, Bolton etc I guess. Monumental error on the part of TF imo. Odds on for Championship next year. Who will sign for us now ? Does anyone really think Mark Hughes could do better, his managerial track record is hardly much to shout about.

I'll always be grateful for Warnock and his team for the work they've put into our club over the past 22 months but football is a result based business. I would have liked to seen him given a few more weeks to turn things around - which I still believe he would have done - but if we continue with our present run of form it would leave a new manager with another manager’s squad and being unable to make changes they think necessary. It will be difficult to find another manager with so much passion as I think most are now just motivated by their paycheck

I am absolutely gutted for Neil, he has been the only constant in Rangers forming on two seasons.
Since we were relegated, no manager has played with my emotions so much week in and week out. Yes Ollie was good and unfortunate, yes we had a dream start with Mags but that didn't last too long, we also had Canio and Sousa, but none if whom had the charm of Warnie.
With Warnie gone, we have lost a shrewd manager, who can and has proven, get players to join QPR.
I think Samba will now take his chances with Blackburn.
As far as I'm concerned, we are bottom of the league, and that clunk we all heard was us, hitting rock bottom.

Apologies for the poor punctuation, spelling and the chronological mistakes, I'm too upset to worry about that now.

To be honest I personally think you're better off without a manager capable this kind of thing

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ZDsjY3uFdE

And to think he dared call our player a "cheat" <doh> It looks like he sure had cast a spell over a lot of you however as many of you actually believed him <yikes>

Always used to like the Super 'oops back in the day, though that changed when that bloke took over. You'll move on and be better off for it, he's a good Championship manager out of his depth in the top flight so if you make the right appointment now who spends wisely in the window it will be the best thing for your club, and for what it's worth (and yes, I guess it's probably sod all) I'll actually start to like you again - and I'm sure I won't be the only one <ok>

    All the best

I just feel so sad tonight and how quickly the euphoria of getting our Championship trophy has gone. Thats the way football is nowadays. Stock, Jago , Sexton all would have been sacked if they had been Managers at the club today. Nobody has or is given any time anymore. All I would like to finish by saying is thank you very much Neil, you made me proud to be a Rangers fan again.

Thanks Neil, you guided us on such a tremendous journey these past two years. Good luck in your future endeavours, even if you decide to finally hang up your boots and take a deserved, well earned retirement.

He had a bad run lasting 38 days. In this time we played at Anfield and The Emirates;we also played the PL Champions. Something we'd all have believed impossible less than two years ago. People have such short memories. But hey I've seen the Warnock haterz on other threads opining solemnly about the necessity for hard-headed decisions with no room for sentiment; apparently it was the right thing to do for the business model we aspire to be (or somesuch nonsense). Who am I to disagree? <laugh> Somehow this feels worse than losing to VM. Crappy day guys no doubt. He deserved so much better than this. Cheers Neil.

Sorry, I wasn't planning on coming onto these boards since the BBC, but what happened today riled me.

The Board has made a mistake. Our results have not been bad. Our losses, against some of the big names, have not been bad, we held our own. We may have needed some more scoring prowess, but at least we weren't thrashed by the giants.

Neil Warnock was perfect for us. The Board made a mistake.

Mark Hughes? Who're they kidding? I hate the man. He is not a manager. He may have been a good player, he's certainly not a good manager, and he's proved it, by not doing anything.

All Neil needed was this transfer window. And we would've been fine. We would've ended mid-table, probably, but that's what we needed to do in order to build. Who are the Board kidding? They're kidding themselves, the impatient fools! I thought Tony Fernandes would be smarter than his greed and delusion of immediate grandeur. If he wanted to win trophies right away, then why didn't he just buy a Chelsea or a Man U. Even Liverpool.

Neil could've been a major legend with us. Long Live Neil. He is a legend to me.

Think your heart is ruling your heart mate...Against some of the teams recently, our defence has been leaking goals like a colander...and some of the subsitutions, and team formations have been a bit perplexing to put it mildly...

Obviously TF wants a guy for the long term who is going to spend his dosh in the January sales, as the cliche goes...football is a results business, and our team has plumented...

Think Neil Warnock will always be remembered with great affection, and think he did a fantastic job of getting QPR to the Prem with such limited resouces and working with some spineless rats in the previous Management team...

To all of you on here happy and gloating at the news of Neil Warnock's sacking I, as only one supporter of course, would like to say shame on you.

We used to be family of supporters and considered ourselves part of long tradition of football lovers. For me and people my age most of our fondest memories are not only when we've been at the top but also of our times in the lower leagues. Standing in the rain watching Stan or Rodney gliding across the mud. That's what being a supporter is about and I believe NW was of that school.

Neil Warnock earned and deserves our support. I'm ashamed at the disloyalty of some of the so called supporters on this board and wished they would leave and join Chelsea or Utd.

They'll find lots of friends there.

Stanwell, 100 percent agree. NW in the last 6 weeks had lost the plot. Strange subs , no continuity and more interested in the officials than our team. You could tell he had lost the plot and lost the team.

Thats why TF & co make the decisions. They use their heads, not their heart. Emotion clouds the mind yappy.
