is the allocation not a balance between what the home ground has spare to sell and the away teams judgement on how many they can sell to their supporters ,as i dont think you can return any unsold tickets.so the 24060 is probably a figure derived by safc using past sales to these types of games.....remember its a business and short will not want to be left with unsold tickets......especially when you can buy on the door.
