I've always been known to have a lucky streak - born 6 weeks premature, hit by a car age 4 but having only minor bruises, and going to White Hart Lane without ****ting out of my own eyeballs, but recently I've turned my attention to betting. Nothing too serious - a pound here, 50p there, but I'm getting some nice results! So much so that I thought I'd share my tips with you - guaranteed to make you money!* Some of these matches may have started, but you'll still get decent odds. I fancy Blackburn to get a result at Newcastle. Without Demba Ba and Cheick Tiote, Newcastle could come unstuck against a Blackburn side who got good results against Liverpool and Manchester United. Bristol Rovers could get a good result against Aston Villa - at 13/2 for a shock victory, they're looking good to back! For the Manchester Derby - With Balotelli out, who I thought could cause huge problems for United, City won't dominate the game as much as they could have - but they should still win, a 2-0 in my opinion, which fetches odds of 9/1... Speaking of 9/1, those are the odds of Cheltenham beating the spuds. I don't see why that couldn't happen! Well... I do, but still... we can dream... Finally, for the Arsenal game, I fancy Henry to score anytime, and Arsenal to win 2-1, which fetches odds of 12/1. Tasty! Never done it seriously - only small amounts - but I have made a profit of maybe a tenner overall. The only stuff I generally do are things like 50p's on shock results - Got £5 for Bolton winning from that! (Against Everton)
That's because you support Chelsea - The only games you win are the ones you're heavily favoured to, no point betting.
Don't think Villa will lose. Usually it's the newly promoted teams that are ripe for a cupset but they're proving me wrong so far, glad I didn't do any bets this weekend.
