    Fair enough the women that choose to get implants but you forget women with breast cancer and have to get them removed are offered implants as its not exactly their fault the got cancer in the 1st place. Should they just 'get on with it'

    It is their fault because they thought it was cheap and easy to have nice tits. If you take a risk and it doesn't work out very well it's your fault no? I'm tired of carrying the can as a tax payer and these semi rich chicks with tits are going to effect taxes. I'm a simple man and I have had nothing for free, however I'm sick of paying for woman who get pregnant, get a free house, feed them on greggs only for the cycle to start again, while I at the same time work for their tits and sausage rolls. They should try living within their means and with what god gave them.
