Mancini (i know its not much to do with us but!) According to a couple of sources he's complaining that he needs more money to win the league but due to the clubs new spending rules cant unless he offloads Bearing in mind the man city squad is worth £333mil Personally ive never liked him but if he was to ever get another job, he'd be buggered Despite all this, sign onouhs !! Be a tank of a signing
They're gonna win it anyway... But if he wants new players, just flog some of his squad he doesn't play to much, sure there would be plenty of takers for them....
Man City will get to the point where they will have to offload some stars for peanuts. They have a massive squad, and it will be impossible to keep them all happy. So getting rid of them will be the only solution. No one will pay over inflated fees. They will also probably have to subsidize their wages aswell... Wayne Bridge on 90k a week..!? Who the **** would pay him that cept Citeh?
He's complained about filling the bench as well hasn't he - saying he doesn't have enough players for this weekends game?? I quite like his management style and he plays exciting attacking football so have a lot of time for him (not like Mourinho) but these sorts of comments are a joke - especially after he rested 6 players against Sunderland and still fielded 11 internationals where we had, after 30 minutes, a back 5 of Mig, Gardner, Colback, Kilgallon, O'Shea and a midfield including a lad who had never played in the Premier league until 6 weeks ago! As has been said - Martin O'Neill see's injuries as an opportunity to be impressed by fringe players - Mancini seems to be making excuses even though he's spent hundreds of millions!! If he really needs to get rid of players - he can give us Aguero for £10m which will give him a little bit to spend
Agree about Onouha. Another thing about managers is that EVERY tv pundit always says to give the manager more time, no matter who it is or how bad his side is doing. They keep saying that Fergie (or is it Taggart) could have been sacked after a poor couple of seasons but by keeping with him Man U are where they are now. Just because Man U have had the same manager for about 100 years doesn't mean that all managers should be given unlimited time, no matter how they are performing. Even the excellent Jeff Stelling more or less admitted he has been proven wrong when he was sticking up for Brucie. mccabe93. Like your point about Mancini getting another job although there do seem to be some cash rich clubs like Al Ain or these Chinese clubs (£400,000 per week for Drogba) Now some Russian clubs are waving silly money about so maybe Mancini can get a job there with the new Chelsea's and City's.
Yes, they make far too big a thing of Ferguson. Man. U. gave him more time because he was already a proven winner (European Cup Winners Cup with Aberdeen, having beaten Real Madrid in the final). People like Bruce have nowhere near the same credentials, and don't deserve anywhere near the same faith either.
