Fair play to MoN and the way he's turned the team around, but a bit early to be shouting about the Derby since it's 2 months away. A lot can happen between now and then. I personally thought you'd struggle tonight after the effort the team put in against Citeh 48 hours ago, but you've pulled out another good win.
I had you down for a win but 4:1? Fair play...From what I saw of it, you caught Wigan on the break - perfect tactics against a team lacking in discipline and organisation, though of course that only works when you have the lead (which was, by the sounds of it, earned spectacularly after the opportunity was gifted to you?) We've not had much luck recently but at the same time, we're playing **** football and I'm a firm believer that quite often you create your own luck! United will spank us tomorrow (after we hung on for the point against them earlier in the season, they'll be bitter!) but then with 4 realistically winnable league games after that, hopefully we'll be at the 40 point safety mark by the start of next month!
mate if Jesus was a geordie then god was a makem and hes come back to earth as a footy manager, id like to wish you luck for tomorrow, but try as i may, id be lying
FFS, iye, we were lucky again wernt we?!?! **** off you arrogant, deluded, bricking it for the Derby geordie kernt! FTM
... he just practically complimented your win? Cool ya guns, laddo. And I believe I said a while back on here that I expected you to be fighting around top 10 sooner rather than later, and a few of you disagreed with me there. I will accept humble apologies
I'm guessing you're not one of the civil lot then... I'm always civil to everyone on here, at least I try to be anyway, unless someone is a complete dick purely for the reason that I support the opposition. Always said you'd be back in the top 10 after a bad run. Don't want my opinion then you can go **** yourself. Pathetic
Now, now, people. We're coming off two fine wins and should be wearing smiles you couldn't break with a stick. Not getting all shirty with visiting mags. I, personally, did not realize I had so many teeth...
Well aren't you a special young man! Was the awarding of the freekick lucky? According to the BBC/Twitter yes, I didn't see it, hence the question mark. Also, while we're on the subject of clearing things up, your use of arrogant and deluded seem a little misplaced. Surely if I were to demonstrate either of those traits I'd have forecasted a massive Toon win, writing off United as past it hasbeens...Maybe have a little brush up on your definitions before you start spouting ****e at an honest poster (and for future reference - that right there, that's known as 'condescension')
The spirit of the lord, returned to the earth in the form of a lowly man...I'm sure there's a word to describe that...Me...Mes....Mesi? Bare with me, I'm sure it'll come!
Haha "condescension" thanks for clearing that up for me! Ive learnt a new word thanks to the superior geordie Just proved how arrogant you and your kind are
Well, things always work out well when the original intention of something is explicitly aired for all to see - like explaining the mechanics of a joke, keeps everyone on the same page...Now we've got that cleared up - enjoy your win (I assume that scoping through any Newcastle related article on your board to add abusive comments is how you're choosing to celebrate this evening?) I'll no doubt see you and your 'smiley finger' on our board tomorrow night!
We've had a very good record at your place over the years tbh - last year apart that is - so I will look forward to it. 4 weeks ago we would have been murdered again. Now, its a very even contest imo and by then, you could well be playing catch up. Lol.
Because people like to have discussions and give opinion over a forum, rather than just kiss assing and saying exactly what you want to hear?
Best question ever asked on this forum. Yet not one of our visitors from SportsDirect United will answer it. On another tack , surely it can't be coincidence that we're unbeaten since Tash pissed off.
