If our entire squad had a clean bill of health, what starting 11 would you go for?

Personally I'd say the following would be the most effective:

    Hamer
    Solly-Taylor-Morrison-Wiggins
    Green-Stephens-Hollands-JJ
    Kermorgant-BWP

I would however, strongly consider Hayes instead of Kermorgant, as the team seem incapable of passing the ball along the floor when Kermorgant is on the pitch, and BWP seems the most effective when balls are being played to his feet rather than having to latch onto Kermorgants headers.

I really like Hayes, but kermo is fast becoming POTY for me.

I completely agree with your eleven though- looking forward to the return of Stephens, and it won't be before long that BWP hits form.

Think most of the team pick themselves (agree with WWOCBs team)
But I still think that the CM partner for Hollands is still very much up for grabs
Hope Pritchard gets a few games to prove himself
    Hughes is bite without style
    Stephens is Mr Inconsistency
Could Pritchard be the answer .... Or will SCP recruit someone ?

I agree that your eleven is probably the strongest we can muster, WWOCB.

I miss Stephens; I feel his presence in the team dictates that we play the ball on the deck - as opposed to getting it wide and swinging relentless crosses in to The Kerminator. Don't get me wrong, that style can be effective, but I love watching us pass teams to death.

I believe that our strongest subs' bench would be: Sullivan, Cort, Pritchard, Hughes and Hayes.

I also think Evina will play a big part in the next few months.

Sorry, Waggy. I hold you dear in my heart, but your days are numbered.

I guess getting the right balance is the main thing. I find BWP is perhaps less effective playing alongside Kermorgant than he is alongside Hayes, but Kermit is a far better player than Hayes. Similarly, I love both Pritchard and Stephens, but they're both attacking CM's, which really restricts Hollands attacking threat. I'd perhaps even suggest that from what I've seen of him (as well as the experience he has), Cort may be a better CB than Taylor, but our back four is settled and the Taylor/Morro partnership has been part of the key to our success.

Whats the story with Stephens? Is there a due date back for him?

I haven't seen one stu - all that's been said is it was a lot worse than the initial 2 week diagnosis. We've been pretty hush hush with injuries this season (Alonso springs to mind also).
