    Sorry to piss on your bonfire lads but I'm hearing from a good friend (works at Spurs) that Samba has as good as signed for them.

    Obviously this is just hearsay but I do trust him enough to believe it. Time will tell....

    Heard good things about Douglas Franco Teixeira of FC Twente. We have been linked with him recently and his contract also expires this summer! I say, sign him and Hoilett up and things will all be rosy :) although wouldn't mind Onuoha off ****eh...

    As much as i would love to see this signing go through i do think it will be severly unlikely as Blackburn will only well Samba at a ridiculously high price hes 27 so isnt really a player for the future and goes against Ashley's signing regime but like it has been mentioned above he's more likely to be interested in a move to the capital to either Arsenal, Spurs or Chelsea. For a more realistic target I would like to see us go for someone like James Tomkins of West Ham.
