Premier League Sh*te Of The Year

Seeing as we are giving out our Prem XI of the year, here's the sh*te:

Who makes yours?

GK David De Gea - based on his transfer fee. Compare it to Vorm and it's embarrassing.
RB James Perch - Awful. Just awful.
CB Sebastien Squillaci - Funny how poor he is.
CB David Luiz - The Fee. The club he plays for. The baffling displays at times.
LB Ronald Zubar - I remember some of his displays last season. Hilarious. (see below)
RM Jordan Henderson - Someone needs to explain to me why he is good. £14mil?!
CM Michael Carrick - He's just terrible. But somehow still manages to get games.
CM Lee Cattermole - The man is a thug. Plus he is sh*te
LM Andrei Arshavin - Terrible year.
ST Fernando Torres - £50mil. Oh dear.
ST Andy Carroll - £35mil. Dear oh dear. Left the best til last!

Manager: Steve Bruce. Since scum sold Bent in Jan 2011, Agent Bruce took them to new lows. It was beautiful. Now of course he has no job. (I was thinking Steve Kean but the lad has has just won @ Old Trafford. Plus Fat Sam gets a mention)

That's harsh on Perch seeing as he's been quite good at CB.

 

Harsh but fair. He was awful at RB and im sorry he wasn't quite good at all. He just surprised us all by making an actual tackle now and again. Have a look at the goals conceded we have when he's started at CB. Awful.

GK - De Gea - How could Man Utd. waste so much money on him? I can name 10+ PL keepers better than him.

RB - Djourou - The less said about him the better
CB - Perch - To be fair, for a league 1 caliber player, he did okay in places
CB - David Luiz - Haven't got a clue why he gets picked. Can't defend, looks ridiculous, costs a big club points.
LB - Andre Santos (first few games) - He was woeful, really terrible. And then got much better within a fortnight.

CM - Carrick - Terrible player, yet somehow gets picked.
CDM - Barry - Really terrible player, why Citeh play him is beyond belief.
CM - Diaby - Another awful player. Don't understand why other gooners rate him.

LW - Arshavin - looks like he can't be bothered anymore, the sooner he gets sold, the better.
RW - Downing. Someone on Twitter summed it up perfectly. If he had an end product, he'd be Gareth Bale.

Saved the worst for last

ST - Fernando Torres. £50 MILLION? You could buy 50 Peter Odemwingie's for that (not that you'd want to, but at least he can score), or 50 million Marouane Chamakh's. (Free transfer from Bordeaux)

Steve Bruce. he got sacked, Kean didn't.

 

Perch has been awful, at RB and CB. I think this is harsh on Henderson, he's been okay.

 

Henderson? Biased much? He's been good for us.

 

Pretty good picks

GK: De Gea - Same reasons given, hasn't lived up to the hype at all
RB: Simpson - Backing off, backing off, backing off
CB: Jamie Carragher - Slow, always gives away fouls, somehow makes it into a PL team
CB: Sol Campbell - Big, slow, ****e
LB: Paul Konchesky - How he ever got to play for the dippers bemuses me
RM: Obertan - This may seem harsh but he just isn't doing it at all yet he is still first choice
CM: There are so many bad players in this position so instead of picking two I'll just list a few: Barry, Dunn, Clattermole, Carrick, Smith, Mikel the list goes on
LM: Arshavin - Have to agree with Bano, in his early Arsenal career he looked like a Russian Messi now he looks more like a Russian Obertan
ST: Torres - Obvious really, £50m for a striker with zero confidence, at times looks like a 17 year old when on the ball
ST: Carroll - Slighty cheaper, just as **** as Torres

 

Konchesky is a good call. Forgot all about him. That Zubar makes me laugh though.

 

Biased? No. Even 90% of Liverpool fans think he is sh*te.

Paul Robinsin LB variety

 

He hasn't played at RB since 2010.

 

I feel sorry for Manuel Almunia. He'd normally make the team hands down, shame De Gea has ruined it for him.

 

Ha. Maybe you should talk to your own kind a bit more instead of coming over here...

 

Henderson is a cracking little player, I really do not see any reason to put him in the ****test XI of the year 2011. I suppose its because you have no clue about football.

He was **** for Sunderland and I genuinely didn't see what Dalglish was thinking, but he's coming good for you and hardly in the ****test 11. Still overpriced though.
