I don't care who leaves, we are a shambles and sadly it isn't going to change. For those calling for Grayson to go, honestly, it won't get much better with any manager in charge while we have Ken Bates at the helm. That isn't to say I think Grayson is doing a good job, sadly we are piss poor from the top down all the way to the coaches.
I'm sorry but we keep blaming Bates but Grayson is the Manager and he just is not good enough! Ive stuck by him for a long time but not now! he has under performed.... time to go!
I think we're perhaps getting ahead of ourselves with these lists, guys. If we bumped Grayson and got in another manager, who knows what performances he might pull out of some of our under-performing 'stars'. I do agree that we've almost certainly got some lost causes, but those are probably the ones that no-one will take off our hands anyway!
the big assumption is that someone will take the players you want to release off your hands. The player isn't going to leave unless he has other employment and hopefully on the same or better package. Losing that many players also leaves your squad very thin. Can you get the same number of equal or better players in during the transfer window. It takes a special type of manager to be able to blend that many new faces in a short period of time. Someone like Malky Mackay.
