    Mind games schmind games, this is purely a hidden message to Phil Dowd to do us over tomorrow. The last time he came out with praise like that was before the Stoke+Foy game, and we all know what happened there.

    No doubt Modric and Bale will get red carded and 15 legitimate goals will not stand, and Swansea will be given 3 penalties for no reason whatsoever.

    Hes afraid that we are slowly lurking behind him and there seems to be no expectancies on us..so that means we can enjoy our football as oppose to the 2 manc teams who have diffrent pressures to suceed...so he thought he would bring us to the medias attention and this might in turn heap presuure on our players as this is unchartered territory for our boys....typical......but Harry is not Kevin Keegan and we are not Newcastle <ok>

    he should have just given Harry a ring and told him what he thinks of our team....infact he should have loaned us Chicarito or Rooney in january and then we would really show the blue half of Manchester how to do things....but thats if he was being genuine

    It's well known that Harry & SAF are mates, so any media comments may an element of truth in them.
    Until of course we might actually threaten his monopoly on the PL title, then I suspect he will not be so nice.

    I'll take it as a compliment. He knows we are going places and he is genuinely scared. I know I'm putting myslef up for abuse here, but I really do think that the team that finishes above us will win the league. And yes, I have put my money where my (big) mouth is.

    Make no mistake these comments from Bacon Face are just mind games to create more pressure and expectancy on Spurs and he hopes flattering our players will make them lose focus.

    To be fair to Ferguson, he hasn't used this as an excuse to flatter individuals that he'd like to sign, as he normally does.
    He was complimentary about the whole side.
    It's a step up, I guess.
