Being a rather superstitious sole it seems to me that we loose more than we win when we use the light blue away kit? When the black n amber kit with amber shorts is worn we seem to be more successful, anyone got any stats to back up the theory it's an unlucky kit?
No stats, but when I saw them run out I had a bit of a shudder - I know there must be some form of commercial agreement making it's use mandatory for so many games, but if stripes can be used (and there was no clash) I wish it would be.
I don't think you can wear the black and amber when playing against a team in red. It's seen as a clash. Thats why wev'e never had a red away kit.
it appears that the kit washing dept is on xmas holidays so they are keeping the black and amber kit for the Burnley game. to be honest i dislike that coventry look-a-like strip and would prefer a return to the fushion blue we had in the PL.
I agree, the sky blue kit is very wishy washy. Not strong enough in my opinion. Personally I did like the grey 2nd strip but without the kingston communications logo.
how about illuminous yellow or orange ? or a strip colour the same to that green that gulacsi wears for home games ? nothing like blinding our oppenents during games is there ?
Perhaps the new away shirt is unlucky, I got one for Christmas and wore it on Boxing Day and guess what, we lost? That's the last time I'll be wearing that shirt on a day that we play!
Lol, too many Stella's, 'soul' idiot! New years resolution ' not to post on here after a skin full the night before '
